Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed during our travels to Spain/UK. A friendly greeting on arrival by the staff who were so helpful in advising on Restaurants around the area. The hotel is tastefully decorated creating a wonderful ambience. The bedroom was immaculately clean as was the bathroom The bed was so comfortable with the luxury of cotton linen sheets. Breakfast was a continental with plenty of everything Attention to detail is second to non and would definitely Highly recommend ? Nothing

A well presented hotel with great staff in a good location, a short drive from Cognac centre. We stayed in October so we couldn't use the pool. It was good value for money. The hotel was ideal for a one night stop-over. Cognac was a little disappointing.

Great hotel, perfect hosts and great location for accessing Cognac, the Velo Flow and the golf course. Everything was perfect.

Beds and pillows super-comfortable. Excellent shower. Great breakfast. Excellent beer bar and decent burger-style restaurant in nearby modern centre 5 minutes walk away. No complaints about the property. Just be aware it’s 20 minutes walk to Cognac old town and the pavements are partially in a poor state.

Our host, Sebastian looked after us very well. We enjoyed our Cognac aperitifs, the lovely little pool and over all had a great two day break on our way to Spain on our motorcycle. Lovely breakfast, everywhere spotless. We would definitely stay again. ...nothing not to like!!

Good breakfast and a great mattress (my back says "thanks"). Personnel friendly and helpful if needed. Very good prices and parking super comfortable in the road next to it (with 6/7 dedicated stalls). Only 2 aspects I didn't like are the toilet paper (please use something with better quality than that ultrathin grey paper you've there) and the slight smell of closed room after the a/c was left running the whole day: maybe it needs a new filter or an internal cleaning?

The room key was waiting for us. And the instructions were clear to get in. The room was very clean. The shower was a bit slippery, but not too much. There was no lift, so I struggled with my big bag, but considering the size of the hotel it's completely normal.
