Location and reception/breakfast room staff. Also, quality of breakfast Bedroom curtains were too narrow to close completely at night. The offer of free drink if not having room service, should be clearer as if room is occupied by 2 people, there should be 2 drinks, not just 1 to share !!! Also as the room rate is a daily rate and not reduced for more than a 1 night stay, then the room service, for example tea, coffee and water should be replenished daily as it was not in our room. We were very surprised with this as your hotel is rated 4 stars and and as such is not comparable to other 4 stars hotel we've stayed in.

The room had an unpleasant sewage smell, and the air conditioning did not work properly. At breakfast, there was often not enough food, and the staff did not replenish it in time unless we specifically asked. The staff were also rude, unfriendly, and condescending. Overall, the service was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

Good location, close to many places and walkable to the center. The breakfast is great, lots of options, all of great quality and tasty. Big bed, temperature in the room was comfortable and adjustable. Our room had an old not yet smart TV, so couldn’t use it for Netflix. Also the fridge was very outdated, smelly and couldn’t hold cold temperature to preserve food.

We had an amazing stay. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We also really enjoyed a late lunch. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Lovely modern bathroom. Location was excellent. Easy 15 minutes walk from central station. Would definitely stay again
