We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The location is excellent and made it very easy to explore Cologne on foot and access everything we needed without relying on transport. The staff were always very kind, polite, and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. We also liked the breakfast, there was a good variety of options and everything was well organized. The only thing we didn’t really enjoy was the feather pillows. They were too soft and loose for our preference, so we had to use two pillows or fold them to get enough support while sleeping.

Superior staff, excellent varied breakfast, and they gave me the perfect room: large, corner with lots of windows and quiet as requested.

I got my money's worth. It was a great location and easy to get around. The hotel was adequate and clean.

The hotel was not clean: there was dust in the corners on the floor, on the furniture, and even the picture frames had visible stains that could be seen while lying in bed. On top of that, the elevator was out of order and we had to carry our luggage up to the fourth floor. Considering the condition, it is definitely not worth the price

The room is very outdated. Bed was horrible, extremely soft and your upper body just get swallowed by the bed. My back hurts from spending a night there. Bathroom was not very clean and there were spiders on the shower

The location is off the main street on a bar lined avenue next to a busy theater. Many restaurants and coffee places within walking distance. Just off a ringstrasse. The rooms are a good size. Just a short 10 minute walk from the main train station. If you open the windows, the loud crowd noise continues to sunrise. The loud Irish bar and next door theater are the biggest attractions on the block. No iron in the room to press suits or shirts.

Location, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Additional sets of blankets and pillows. Our room was big and spacious, a bit dated and could have been better arranged. My mattress was not in its best shape. The bottle with complimentary shower gel was empty. The parking spaces are very small.
