The staff was very friendly and nice. We had a decent view of the Koln cathedral from the room. The room also came with complimentary water and other drinks which was a really pleasant surprise! The room lacked lighting. The only major light in the room was a lamp on the desk. The ring light behind the TV was broken so that did not help.

The location of the hotel was so good, we managed to walk everywhere. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were so clean, beds were comfortable. The facilities were also very nice. In the future when I visit cologne again I would definitely stay here. and If you’re lucky you can get a room with a view of Cologne cathedral :) The price for the parking garage was a bit high.

Good location. Preferred the Belgium Quarter to the busy touristy old town. Good Aircon. Comfy bed (I’ll come onto the pillows in the next section). Great city views. Well equipped gym and sauna area. First room given was ok, but no view. The friendly, efficient staff quickly moved us to a much better room on the 9th floor with a balcony. Amazing city views. The hotel itself is looking very old, tired and dated. Chipped furniture and wallpaper. With the ‘lumpiest’ pillows I have ever come across.

Love the complementary sauna and the staff were lovely. Our bathroom door was broken and couldn't be fully closed as a result. The toilet roll holder was also broken.

We booked early enough to get a very good rate. The beds were a dream… so comfortable. The housekeeping staff were very sweet, polite, and helpful. The hotel supplied us with water, coke, juice, and a beer per day for free; this was really generous. Everything is walkable, restaurants, bars, and only 15 minutes to the cathedral. All in one a very good stay. The bar man was very friendly too, and Australian like us and free parking as well The view from our room on 3rd floor
