The hotel is really really really slow for responding. I sent any message to ask something on 4th July, and after one month I finally received the reply. Bravo! Shame.

The room looked modern and well presented and the bed was very comfortable No air con which meant that in the 27 degrees heat the room was very warm. The fan that was provided did very little to help. Also, big cobwebs in the ceiling corners above the bed. The hotel seems to be used by people who are clubbing on the street below so they are very loud in the early hours in the morning when they're coming in drunk

The staff did everything to accomodate our needs! But too many things were needed for the price we paied ! The hotel is situated on a very noise street full of bars and restaurants. It has no fridge, a/c and the rooms are quite small. Maybe for a night stay, or two could do but not more. I would not recomend it .

Location was good - walkable to the city centre. Clean and reasonable in price. The room does not have a/c, which is fine if the temperature outside is not 30+ degrees. A fan was provided, but that did not make much difference. It was a very hot room for my one night stay.

Not much tbh There were 2 older folks in front of us that took 20 minutes to find “UK” in the form they had to fill out. Receptionist didn’t bother helping them, turns out there was no UK. Naturally because of this there was starting to be a queue, receptionist unbothered. Super loud (it’s on top of a dodgy club) no AC alarm woke us up at 6, it was a mistake. Just terrible

Staff was friendly, close to main attractions in the city. I chose the single occupancy room, but when I arrived to my room, it was comparable to a closet. The shape was super weird, poor layout, only one small window that you can’t really leave open for safety reasons as it opened into the outdoor hallway. It was insanely hot and no air moving. The remote for the tv was covered in some sort of brown crust. Floors weren’t properly cleaned. There weren’t a sufficient number of power outlets. If I wanted the fridge to be plugged in, I couldn’t use the light next to the bed. If I wanted to use the fan, I couldn’t watch tv. I went down to reception and said I wasn’t happy with the room, and was given the room shown in the photos here on booking. It even had a balcony with a table, it was more comfortable, bigger, etc. I’m baffled why I wasn’t given this room in the first place when it was available?? Especially because it was a heat wave — they have to know the first room is unacceptable especially in these temperatures.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. There is a heatwave, and their only "solution" is a ventilator that does not even work properly. The room is literally a sauna. The staff, particularly at night and early morning, are completely unsympathetic. It is on top of a very loud bar. There were noises until 3.30 am on a Tuesday. Impossible to sleep. Not worth the money AT ALL. AVOID.
