I likes everything except that you needed to do the full check-in by your self, filling in a lot of data. A part from that the stay was great, rooms were lovely, breakfast was good and the staff super friendly!

Perfect location. Staff super friendly. Parking was brilliant. The rooms were clean and modern, with lovely air con. Little bonus: Shower gel smelled amazing It’s right near a night club, so if staying on the weekend, getting to the hotel you need to walk past LOADS of drunk uni students. Lots of broken glass from all the bottles smashing. Made us feel a little nervous when walking back with our children.

Very friendly staff. Comfy bed. Good location. Automated self check-in process is really slow and painful. Not much space to put clothing in the room (just some hangers).

Surprised. The Ruby manages an unusual mixture of cutting-edge modernism with a warmth of welcome, largely down to the young staff team who were quite charming and incredibly helpful in eg ensuring I got the coffee I wanted.. Although the hotel is plenty large, the sign on the main street is quite modest and one accesses it off the main avenue by a discreet passageway leading to courtyard and parking - we walked right past it at first, and our taxi driver didn't know where the entrance was. That said, it gave one the pleasant feeling of a secret retreat! It's clearly popular with the locals, some of whom use the coffee area as an office during the day - a bit of a Silicon Valley vibe, not that I've been there. Room was air-conditioned (a blessing in the hot summer), clean and with a good shower. Location is pretty good: a fairly busy part of town, obviously catering more to locals than tourists; but the Cathedral/Old Town are not far away (bear in mind the Old town is fairly small due to WW2 bombing). Lots of restaurants and good shopping. Nothing
