Central just near cathedral and train station The app never worked neither for the check in or thr qr code to get my room cleaned cos you have to ask 24hrs prior to get your room cleaned. I spoke to customer care and also to receptionist so that i get new towels and the trash taken out but nothing

I want to give the location a 100/10. We could see the Köln cathedral from our place which I loved. Very comfortable and staff were very kind. The picture I attached is pictures of where our room was and the cathedral from our room.
