No aircon and noisy location.

The location is great. Close to train station/ cathedral, restaurants etc. room was large Excessive noise late into the night and very early in the morning from the restaurant below. Endless dragging of metal trolleys over the cobblestones, people talking, smoking drifting in through windows etc

A historic old building. Well located for restaurants and public transport. Our room was on the third floor and there is no lift. This didn't worry us, but it might if you have a lot of luggage or reduced mobility. With no air con, our room was extremely warm during a heatwave! At least a fan was provided. The shower was a bit hit and miss in terms of temperature and pressure. One small window meant that there wasn't much daylight in the room. No tea/coffee making facilities. On the whole, I don't think that we got very good value for money.

Location was great Property was at all as advertised on Booking.com. Once your booking is confirmed and paid you receive an email saying that there is minimal kitchen facilities and that none of the rooms actually have a river view, despite this being a feature photo on the booking site. No communal living area, was ok and made it work but not at all as advertised.

We had a very lovely one-night stay at the hotel. It stood out for its warm hospitality and the cleanliness of the room. The location is excellent, as it’s very close to the beautiful and well-known spots in Cologne, and you don’t even need a car since everything is nearby. I recommend it for family tourism. N/A

Great location and river views. Everything was very clean and the room was quite comfy. The receptionist was polite and helpful. Close to the train station, shops, bars and restaurants.
