Very clean, neat, nice balcony view. Spacious room for two people. Very good breakfast included with our stay. One elevator only for the entire parking garage and the hotel use (top floor). We traveled with backpacks only and used the stairwell but those with large luggage will have to wait for the lift.

Very good location, all very clean and quiet, staff very nice and 24 available. Nice short walk from Catedra. All very good.Maybe just the windows are facing to the terrace, than you have to be aware when you open blinds.

Property was great. Room had a balcony. Got coffee in the lobby every morning. Staff were great. The location was excellent. Easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Elevator super small but you’re in Europe.

Table and chairs to eat at. Broken elevator button, so can not go to floor 6. Places you need to walk to get there are terrible, dirty, scary and feel like 100% human trafficking happens in that spot. Dilapidated downstairs and the lift is a death trap. Literally horrible. Didn't feel safe at all to even leave for food out the front door.

Quite okay! Supermarket very close! No pots and pans in kitchen but I thought that this would be the case. To find this place, look for the pizza restaurant, then go up on the elevator

What a hidden gem! While the street entrance can initially come off as a little sketchy (the hotel is located on the top of a parking structure), once you travel to the sixth (top) floor lobby, you're greated by a incredible oasis in the city with an open air courtyard as well as some balcony space. The staff was friendly, professional and will to store our bags (as we arrived early after a river cruise). The room was clearly the highlight here, one of the most spacious rooms I seem in Europe, which included a tremendous amount of seating (via what could be termed as a very well built picnic table with bench seating), a functional bathroom, air conditioning and even a small refrigerator to store cold drinks. The balancy was nice to look at; unfortunately it rained both days we were in the city. The location can't be beat, with a Rewe market just outstide the front door and a U-Bahn terminal just steps away. On top of that, we were only a 15 minute walk (through old town) from the Cathedral. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Köln. Not much to say here. We had absolutely no issues during our stay.
