Location Room was very small and walls were full of dirty scuff marks. Soap ran out in the shower. We only stayed one night. Not a good value for the price.

It’s a fantastic location about 10 minutes walk away from the station, the Cathedral, the Ludwig Museum and restaurants by the river. For a city hotel, the room wasn’t a bad size, even if the bathroom is tiny, and we had a nice breakfast there as well.

Great location. Nice breakfast. Great view of the Rathaus from our window Quite noisy at night. The carpet and sofa were a bit stained in our room. Some staff were amazing but one person was less friendly and warm.

Hotel was well positioned; close enough to Aldstadt and to the Hauptbahnhof. Room was spacious, Bed was comfortable and A/C worked well in a very hot Cologne. Shower was good but bathroom was small i.e. Very difficult to dry yourself or turn around. Fine for a solo traveller but no chance for a couple in there together.

The location of the hotel in the heart of the Old Town, the friendliness of employees, both the check-in & check out person, as well as the receptionist when I arrived at the hotel after dinner, and even the lady attending and cleaning after breakfast - I needed a quiet place to attend to an online meeting, and I had checked out (it's at 11:00 AM) already, so while she was doing the last part of her cleaning she allowed me to stay at the beakfast area and brought me a cup of coffee. Really thoughtful and nice. Nothing really, except for the size of the bathroom, which I liked very much, but it was a bit too small. Should I be there with a partner or a friend, and we wouldn't have had room if we needed to be ready in a short time.

Nothing I booked a room with twin bed. They gave me a room with single bed.

clean rooms and central location very noisy streets both at night and in the morning. The windows do not provide the necessary sound insulation. a bit of a walk to nearest parking.
