From the moment we stepped through your doors, we were enveloped by an atmosphere of genuine hospitality. Every member of your team we encountered was not only professional but also remarkably friendly and attentive, making us feel incredibly welcomed and valued throughout our visit. Our accommodations were simply superb. The room was not merely clean; it was impeccably spotless, meticulously maintained, and thoughtfully appointed with every amenity needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s clear that a high standard of care is consistently upheld. I must particularly highlight the extraordinary assistance provided by one of your outstanding team members, Miranda. Due to an unforeseen circumstance, my daughter needed to be added to my itinerary at the very last minute. This could have easily been a stressful and complicated situation, but Miranda handled it with unparalleled grace and efficiency. Her dedication to resolving the matter seamlessly, her empathetic understanding, and her proactive approach went far beyond expectations, ensuring a smooth and worry-free adjustment for us. Our stay was very good. The facilities were clean and as I would expect from a Courtyard hotel. The only issue we had during our stay was with the in-hotel restaurant. The staff seemed unsure of what they were doing. We ordered from the menu and when they brought our food out items were missing. This happened basically every day we were there. They also frequently seemingly forgot who an order was for as they went around the seating area multiple times asking patrons in an effort to identify who had ordered a particular item, usually just a coffee. In the end we received everything we ordered (except for the first day when we didn't realize potatoes were part of the breakfast that we didn't receive). Other than that, we received everything we ordered. It was just strange to have the staff seemingly so unorganized or untrained. Otherwise, our stay was good.

Good location for my needs. Nice modern hotel. I like the coffee shop. AC in room was too loud and beds were little too worn out.

Trash was not emptied in garbage can. Cable TV did not work.

Great experience. Clean, nice staff, and good location.

Relatively clean. Staff really friendly The “king” sized bed was a queen size bed. The door way to the neighbours room was right nest to the bed, so you could hear the neighbour burp and fart all night, the HVAC is set up so the fan cycles on and off, so when ever the fan turned off I would wake up and then the room would become hot before the hvac cycled back on.
