Great Wolf Lodge Colorado Springs

The late check in of 4pm and room was still not ready, the concierge did comp us wolf pack package for this, however when room was ready gave us a standard room and we had paid for a premium suite, the lodge had over booked so we were not able to change rooms. Food was overpriced, games are very used and not spread out enough to accommodate all the patrons. The pool and slides saved this trip for us, although at peak times it was very crowded but the swim staff kept it fun.

Wonderful place to stay with our children and grandchildren! Staff were great. Room was excellent. Surprisingly quiet and very clean. Very nice experience!

We took our grandkids here and we had an amazing time. They had the time of their lives. We will definitely go back!

She said more than likely especially given our circumstances and it was before 3PM Management declined it. Paid 500 dollars for nothing even tho they could have sold that room! Shame on you wolf lodge - even a partial refund would have been nice

Everything and everyone were great. Im particular but didnt like the ac in the room. Couldnt sleep with any blankets on even though ac was set as low as possible. Wi fi wasnt the best but great overall with everything else.

Wonderful family vacation!

Our large family that included great grandchildren had a wonderful vacation. We were impressed with the schedule of activities for kids, keeping them busy all day long. The staff was very welcoming, professional, and fun. Kudos!

Good with small kids

Muy mala experiencia, hacer la reservación por medio de expedía, la reservación fue para 7 personas y otra para 5 personas las dos reservaciones tenían diferentes precios al seleccionar cada reservación pagué según el precio por cada reservación una de 750 y otra de 447, la confirmación de expedía fue de dos adultos por cada reservación muy mal pero muy mal y luego tuve q pagar 450 dólares más para q me la modificaran porq no se puede cancelar así que no volveré comprar por medio de expedía.

Loved it! Took 2 years old granddaughter and had a blast!

The stay was great but for the price and considerating we stayed for three nights, there was no place to wash your clothes and they could have a least had a breakfast buffet your something free, you literally had to pay extra for everything ice was from the machine was the only free amenity. The waterpark should also consideration have a hot tub for adults or a lazy river or adult only time there is nothing really for adults to be able to escape for a moment

Overall, it was good. However, I don’t see a reason guests should have to pay for parking. Parking should be complimentary,

Property looks like nobody is taking care of it and prices are going up honestly a big change since last time we visited I personally don’t think is money worth

This a great property and the kids enjoyed the activities. The only complaint is that all extras were expensive.
