Springs Inn by Capital O I 25

That hotel needs to come with a warning label. I paid for two nights and stood one it was so bad.

Our room was being painted when we entered it. Staff said go to dinner and it will be ready. We returned, no soap, no remote for tv and others. No staff on site and no answer to numerous calls. Couldn't stay in the room so had to forfeit the money and move to another hotel. Spent 15 minutes on the phone today getting the security deposit back because you can't get it back except in the hotel office. Never again.

Room 118: - Hotel room was closed and lock when I got to it - No toilet paper in the bathroom - Toilet water just kept running - Narrow shower - Random door in the room screwed closed - Light didn't work in the bathroom - No updated lighting (so old yellow style lighting)(so honestly who cares but it was dim making it hard to see around) - Random wet spot on the bed, soaked through the covers to the mattress Immediately walked out of the room after all that, would not place a protected client in there whatsoever.

Yes I went to check in on the 22nd and check into the rooms took down 23rd to give me everyone with one bed instead of two King beds let's push it too babe copper cases tonight

fire hazard

No soap or shampoo, no tv, no chair, no toilet seat, no wifi, stained sheets, loud noises at 4 am, surly management, appeared to be dried vomit on floor near bed.

I liked the babe and the fire pit.That was it I didn't like the staff. He is just a straight and slumlord

There's only one thing I like the fire pit. The staff is a piece of s***, nosy, invading privacy.\n The service sucked, there's no amenities. They didn't have any towels available.No sheets, they harassed you for toilet paper.It was all around a very , very terrible experience Didn't like anything about this place

Really bad... The towels are full of stains and there's no WiFi in my room. The bathroom doesn't have shampoo etc.

Wrong size bed . Paid for king got a full. Never knew if there was gonna be hot water. Sheets were dirty. Burn holes in the comforter. And then had a hard time getting our 100 bucks back for deposit.

I was scared every night I was there.

This place is listed as a 4 star hotel on Google maps, but it's barely a 1 star hotel. It is cheap, but your sanity is worth more than that. We took a look at the room and walked out. Couldn't get a refund, but I'd rather light the money on fire than stay the night in this place.

Internet connection was horrible.

It sucked

First the desk clerk tryed to charge me more for the room when I arrived. The bathroom look like some one died in it, the heat didnt work so they gave me a floor heater that was older than me which kept knocking out the power which happened 4x. The last time was around 11pm. I was with out power in the middle of winter after an hour i just left. This the worse hotel i have ever stayed in.

Well, I couldn't tell you because I didn't stay there when I got there. The manager seemed so very unprofessional, and seemed like he could care less than he had a customer. He seemed like he was bothered by me showing up, and he said, oh well, we have one ring. I said, well, I've reserved a room. So you should have a room set aside for me. So we only have one room. No Tb was like. Well, it says there's a TV on the description, and it's a smoking room, and it has a micro, and he interrupts me like there's no smoking, no smoking. I was like, well. This is how your room is advertised, brother, as do you want rumour?Not so I told him, you know what?You can keep your room.I'll go elsewhere and I left Refer to answer above

Dirty room and no hot water for the shower. The only good thig is that it doesn't have bed bugs

Rooms are unacceptable.

Room was dirty and I mean dirty. No housekeeping. No facilities. Shower was broken. I dint think the sheets had been changed and I violently get new ones. Place is dusgusting

Apparently he had rented it to someone earlier and they had a key..i would never stay there again
