Location was excellent to tours and Tivoli Gardens. The fact we had AC saved us. The couple traveling with us did not have AC. The little fans in the room are insufficient in the current heat wave.
-
Wifi signal was weak and cut out continually.
-
Excellent location, 1 block to the Metro, and very well situated to main shopping areas. The staff at the front desk were hit and miss. One was excellent -- very helpful, and the other was not.
-
Location, is wonderful. The staff are just awesome. They went above and beyond to help. And the baked goods delivered to the door every morning were so delicious!
-
Location I found left shampoo on shower which was half used. So it is not clean. No aircondition so room was hot.
-
bed was comfortable and breakfast delivered to the room was good including the items in the refrigerator to accompany it. Walkable distance for sites to visit and places to eat. room was a little bit warm.
-
Large room, good bathroom, nice breakfast, quite happy stay.
-
Location “Breakfast” is misleading since it doesn’t have a restaurant or kitchen.

Lady at desk very friendly but the gentlemen was curt and don”t bother me attitude. The fresh rolls delivered to your door nice. Lots of condiments to pit on rolls like various cream cheese and jelly. Think older ing express. No ventilation in bathroom aa couldn’t open window even and no fan or air. Black mold in grouts. Had to leave drapes and window open to keep fan running at night and very few hours of darkness remember. We would stay at NH again but not here.

Staff was friendly and the room was comfortable Couldn’t control the temperature. Breakfast was a bit sparse.

Nothing to complain.about.

The in-room breakfast add-on was great. We really enjoyed the freshly bake bread, jams, butters, and cheeses.
-
The room and bathroom were kind of tiny but if you travel in the northern counties you will find it normal and eventually get used to it :)

The location is very convenient to the metro and train station. The staff was very kind, and we really appreciated that they were able to check us in early after arriving on an overnight flight. The rooms are nice. The location can be noisy. We had a first floor room and needed to open the windows to cool down the room. But the windows open out to the street, which was fairly noisy. Also, smoke from people smoking outside can waft in. The showers are surprisingly small and the curtain is set up in a way that makes the shower triangular. The curtain seemed clean which is good because it's hard to avoid touching it while showering. Pillows are also not normal sized. More square than rectangular.

Close proximity to the Metro. Room smelled old and like stale cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking facility. Shower had mold! Graffiti on building and area around it. Made me feel unsafe.
-
nothing Room on 1.floor, not good Every space very tiny breakfast not good The staff was rude.

It was nice to have breakfast in the comfort of our room. Warm pastries were delivered every morning, with yogurt, cheese, butter, fruit in the frig & what we needed to make coffee and tea anytime. It was steps away from the metro stop & a block from the train, which we took from the airport. The staff was friendly. --

Not far from Metro or train. Staff was wonderful No fault of hotel but music at night was terribly loud and because room had no AC, we had to open windows and well past 12 before they stopped
-
I was surprised by the size of the room - great for the price in an older, well maintained building. Clean, windows that opened, comfortable beds, a table to eat or write on. Easy short walk to the metro or the train. Quiet neighborhood even though close to the Tivoli square. Checking in was easy, our room was ready early, and the woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful with all our questions.

Hotel Tiffany was very convenient to all the sights in Copenhagen. We could walk to them all and also to the station. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it.
