Definitely outdated but the bed and bathroom were clean. Decent stay for passing through.

Staff was very helpful, breakfast was good since it was part of the stay, had attached rooms which worked great for wife and kids.

Nice hotel and convenient location to freeway and restaurants.

Nice location. Older but clean. Breakfast hours from 0600-1000. A nice variety of hot and cold foods with real butter and a microwave for use prn at breakfast. Metal surround under beds that tended to buckle noisely when sitting on the bed. Space in room adequate but limited.

It is cheap you get what you paid for I guess! I won't stay again the minute we walked in we seen bugs on the walls. We had trash in our room for them not cleaning it properly!

Incredible service and delicious food!

I will say first and foremost, the front desk staff was very kind and apologetic. So we were comforted by that and felt how sorry she was. We do not believe that this hotel is meant for families, it is beyond disgusting. We got there about 9pm, we were given a room and room card, went to that room and used the key card - there was someone already there. Went back down and got another room, and it was not clean whatsoever, cat food all over the ground smelt like cigarettes, a used water bottle. What was weird is we got into that room and the front desk called us, asking it how it was which showed us she knew she gave us a used room again. So she gives us the room next door. Just please if you have small kids like we did, 10 mos and 3 yrs, don’t take your kids here. Breakfast is very underwhelming, it isn’t worth the price, not up to date, not clean, and a lack of reimbursement for our troubles.

This place was disgusting. I came home sick with a respiratory infection due to the room conditions. The beds were very bad.

The only nice thing was the bed was clean and comfortable. The worse thing was the oder. It smelled very bad, I asked for a spray they gave me something and said don't use to much. I should have asked for another room, but my husband was very tired and fell asleep before I got some ice. The floors everywhere were dirty and rain was making it worse. I do not recommend. It needs lots of repair.

The room was clean breakfast was great. property was maintained. The staff was polite friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was meager, beds not comfortable. We basically slept and left.

This hotel is misadvertised. I thought it was AmericInn, but it is not. Very run down, there was used floss picks in our bathroom, a bottle of liquor in the nightstand, no kleenex. The breakfast looked inedible so we did not eat breakfast. The only good thing about this hotel was the shower head in the shower. Do not recommend and will not stay again.

They are doing renovations to make improvements, I'm sure it will be nice once it is done.

It's a great value for the money and a short drive from the Henry Doorly Zoo and the Laurenzen Gardens. The lady at the desk said we were welcome to use the indoor poor as late as we liked. The room was clean and breakfast was open until 10:00. We saved over $100 by staying in Council Bluffs rather than Omaha.

This place looks nice from the outside, but shows its age once you're inside. Breakfast did not look good, so we passed on that. Beds were comfortable, and we slept well... Needs some updating

It was an average experience. The rate was very reasonable and I got what I payed for.

This is definitely a budget hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the manager/owner very friendly and the air conditioning was reliable and very helpful for hot summer days. Breakfast available every morning and laundry on site made it very easy to travel with a family. However, it is quite an old property, old carpets, etc. and the swimming pool area is very old and outdated.
