Red Roof Inn & Suites Omaha - Council Bluffs

This is a great location for shopping, dining, and proximity to the Omaha Zoo. The room was recently redone, and it was spacious. Good value for the price. The breakfast, although basic, was hot and fresh each morning. The facility was older but in clean and good condition. Would definitely stay here on a future trip.

It was an average place. It did what it was supposed to. Would not recommend for longer stay. But overnight is good.

Reception desk lady was awesome

Had the room with the jacuzzi, was an extremely spacious room and had decent views with a walk out balcony area.

The staff is friendly and it's a good location off I-80 and near restuarants. Breakfast is okay but other hotels have been better. It's overly dog friendly (do-do on the floor). TV didn't work so staff moved us to another room.

Looks run down. Checkin staff was slow unresponsive, not friendly. Didn’t say what direction the room was or any of the accommodations like ice machine, elevator, free breakfast etc

Very big king room with sofa. Hot breakfast with entree changed each day along with waffles. They were doing some renovations but no real inconvenience. Over priced but that was probably because of the college World Series.

When we got there they were in construction, in some parts of the hotel, and it was a little messy. From my perspective the hotel should close if they are doing something like this so when we get there everything is clean and comfortable for us. The rest was perfect.

Room was cleaned daily, everything worked properly, staff was always attentive and helpful, and the area was very convenient.

Everything except for the last night too our 4night stay. they kicked us out due to false accusations of smoking in the room with no refund and that was the last of my money. The Mexican lady that kept calling herself stupid face ..and also the fact she kicked out the wrong customers ...

Exceptional stay! Family friendly! We loved the option of 3 queen beds in a very large spacious room with a full-size refrigerator! The heated pool was amazing. Breakfast is your average hotel food, but good none the less. Friendly staff. Overall, it's the best hotel we've been to in Omaha. We will be back and will recommend it to others. Can't say I can find anything we didn't like. Only thing is finding it. It's right next to the Mariott and you have to pay attention to the signage. It doesn't say Red Roof on the building.

Very poor

The trash cans were overflowing outside. There was no place to walk your dogs. If you have a pet friendly place you should have somewhere for the dogs to use the bathroom.
