What a dump!

We reserved 2 rooms, first room tv did not work, bathroom was a mess. 2nd room no a.c. was told there was nothing wrong with it, just turn it off and back on. Extremely hot and uncomfortable in room. We were told we could leave our door open to try and get some cool air from the hallway (lol). After some prodding received a small fan, did not do too much except move hot air around the room. Roches in the bathroom. No working smoke detector in room, was laying on the desk. No pool like advertised. Staff was never at the front desk. Breakfast signage said starts at 5:30am to 9am, but it was really from when staff decided they were going to put it out. I guess a reasonable price for the time period we were there. Dont expect too much from this hotel. State Attorney General should really look into state of hotel. I am sure there are many safety and health code violations.

AC didn’t work, there was hair in the sink and bathtub, there was a blood stain on the carpet, they didn’t have a working toaster or waffle maker for their sad excuse for a continental breakfast, pool is closed, I saw a prostistute come in and go into a room, I left a hoodie in the room and returned 3 hours later and told it was thrown away. Do not stay here.

Absolutely disgusting. It was beyond nasty. The carpets were sticky, like my shoes (that I wore the entire time) stuck to the floor as I walked. Carpet was peeling up. There were several holes or paint severely peeling from the wall. Entire motel smells like smoke and moldy carpet. Only reason we didn’t leave is because the college World Series was going on (we didn’t know and didn’t travel for this reason) and no other place had rooms. Two lamps plugged in without lightbulbs and one without a lampshade. The couch was heavily discolored, sticky, and nasty smelling. And absolutely atrocious excuse for a motel. We spoke with some other people who had a hole in their ceiling and water dripping forming a puddle on the ground - and the manager told them he would fix it and move them to another room. Obviously that didn’t happen. We spent only sleeping time there and bought Walmart blankets and pillows to even sleep on the heavily discolored bed. The second floor window in our room was open with no screen or safety. The fire alarm was hanging on by wires. The manager was now where to be found at check out. Save your money and sanity and go anywhere else - literally anywhere.

The staff was totally disinterested in my son and I staying at their hotel. Bed sheets were dirty upon arrival. Ceiling had a hole in it that was not fixed. Window was broken as were the blinds covering the window.

This was the trashiest hotel I have ever stayed at...the walls had holes in them the TV didn't work although he put us in another room with a working TV the room itself had more holes in the walls the carpet in both rooms needed to be cleaned badly they looked as though they have never been cleaned ever!!! So then we went for breakfast the next morning the waffle maker was broken and so was the toaster I did eat a bowl of cereal but I wanted a waffle and the mixture and the juices were all watered down...how does this hotel stay opened...never again.

Staff was not helpful nor polite and rooms were dirty

The towels were soiled in our sons' room, the curtains were torn and my son said he saw a rodent scurrying when he was using the facilities.

Do not stay here. I repeat, do not stay here. We got into Omaha at midnight and had a baseball tournament game at 8am, so we only stayed in the hotel for 5 hours, and that was too long. The smell on first entering the hotel is HORRIBLE! Room is run down. Furniture in terrible condition. Bedding is stained and falling apart. AC barely worked and it wasn't even a hot day. Pool was closed. I used the breakfast in the morning, and waffle mix might as well been water. At least they had cereal and bagels with immitation cream cheese and jelly. Milk was just a gallon container they got from the store. Coffee was horrible. Only saving grace is that I only paid $60 for the night.

Not a clean room, no AC working, bed had bugs.

We checked in and the front desk manager informed us that our keycards wouldn't work for the doors and so they would need to let us into our rooms with their key. When asked what we'd do if we needed to leave our room, the reply was, "Why would you leave your room tonight?". Our room was very disgusting. The carpet had stains all over it and if you stood in one place too long, your shoe would peel up when you lifted it. The A/C unit was broken and duct tape was used to hold open the vent cover. The fridge was also broken. There were 2 sinks in the room, one of them didn't work but just had a slow drip all night long. The toilet had not been cleaned from the previous stay as there was urine all over the seat. This was a room for 4 people and they only gave us 2 towels and 2 bottles of conditioner, no shampoo. The room had no shower curtain so that left a watery mess all over the floor. Breakfast was scarce, but we did show up 30 min before it was over, so I don't blame it too badly. The juice machines didn't work. All in all it was a very unpleasant stay and I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

Room needs serious repair. A/C didn't work properly. Fridge didn't work. Wall around A/C needs repair. Could not get into room with key because evidently battery was dead and they had no spare batteries. Had to have staff let me in every time I left and returned. Entire property needs serious maintenance and remodeling. I am not a picky person, but I will not stay here again.

Okay.few choices Poor carpet-needs to be replaced. Needs painting and a huge update. Old stuff. More water came out of the faucet than sprinkler head when showering.
-
dirty and stains on furniture
-
Many things in room were broke or not functioning especially in the bathroom. Almost no staff in the hotel including no one at the front desk to relay problems

We arrived and the lobby was dirty. The upstairs reeked of pot (illegal in this state). We got our room to realize the door wouldn’t lock and the toilet wouldn’t flush. They quickly gave us a different room. At breakfast, there were beetles crawling in the toast and bagels case. Their food serving certificates on the wall were expired. They never cleaned our rooms. Definitely will not be returning to this hotel.
