The worst hotel I ever saw in my life.Dirty disgustingLooking on the outside, the parking lot look like s***

The last time I stayed here, the shower was broken so I couldnt shower. This time when I opened the door, there was a putrid, musty smell I couldnt identify. It took the front desk staff 10 min to come to the desk when I called. The carpet was wet

The hotel was dirty. My sheets were dirty. The shower and the sink had other people’s hair in it. There was cockroaches. I had a mouse crawl across my room. The pool wasn’t working. It was overall just terrible and it stunk and air didn’t work

This is by far the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. Holes in the walls, the carpet was wet throughout, there was a leak somewhere that kept the bathroom floor wet. The place was extremely dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Yea pool was out of service it could have been mentioned when booked

Finally the worker walked me back downstairs to the front desk, pulled out another room key for a THIRD room and said to me, "this room has a new air conditioner." This third room did have a working air conditioner so no problems with that. However there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, and no phone cord for the phone (rendering it useless if I needed to call the front desk. The gentleman who finally issued me a room with air conditioning was extremely difficult to understand as he had a very thick accent and mumbled most of the time. The refusal to issue me a room with air conditioning until I was sweating and insisted was classless and unprofessional. It was nearly 100° outside and each of the first 2 rooms were 86°. My guest had to wait in the car with the car running and air conditioning on while we waited 45 minutes for the room to cool down. Needless to say I was extremely unimpressed with my experience.

Nothing Staffed was rude and said they had to charge my card again but couldn’t help with Ty refund for the payment that was already taken out

Bed was hard,no access to the pool,not happy about being there but it is what it is,will not try to book there again

HOWEVER. The biggest issues were: 1. The fire alarm was open and there was no battery inside it rendering it useless. 2. There was no bathroom fan, and where that should have been was just an open space in the ceiling for it. 3. There was an uncovered electrical outlet, and the top socket was completely damaged which also seems like that is probably some sort of hazard. Aside from that there were smaller issues, such as no desk chair and general uncleanliness (a washcloth over one of the hangers, a q tip on the floor, a dirty toilet, and holes in the bathroom wall where what I'm suspecting was a clothes hook had been removed.)

The lobby looks clean and welcoming-don’t let that fool you! Windows broken with hole and glass in room on ground floor, no batteries in smoke alarms, air conditioning not working, many wires exposed, so humid and hot in rooms that smell bad. Took one step in to see all this and turned around, did not stay here!

Everything was great for the price of a budget friendly hotel. Only downfall, a/c didn't work in the room. And it was hot and humid in there. Other than that.... Definitely recommend.

The air conditioning does not work. The shower had barely any water pressure we had a dirty blanket and the man came up and just had us take the first blanket off and told us to use the bottom blanket. The younger female that works there is rude and refused to move us to a different room after the man told her to move us she fought him about it. When we told her our air conditioning wasn’t working she blamed the weather. Horrible place to stay I highly recommend not ever staying there

A/C unit wasn't cooling. Worn furniture, carpet, and bathroom but bed was comfortable.

Everything in general it was the saddest place I've ever had to take my family and felt ashamed of my self for degrading their expectations

What a dump!

We reserved 2 rooms, first room tv did not work, bathroom was a mess. 2nd room no a.c. was told there was nothing wrong with it, just turn it off and back on. Extremely hot and uncomfortable in room. We were told we could leave our door open to try and get some cool air from the hallway (lol).After some prodding received a small fan, did not do too much except move hot air around the room. Roches in the bathroom. No working smoke detector in room, was laying on the desk. No pool like advertised. Staff was never at the front desk. Breakfast signage said starts at 5:30am to 9am, but it was really from when staff decided they were going to put it out. I guess a reasonable price for the time period we were there. Dont expect too much from this hotel. State Attorney General should really look into state of hotel. I am sure there are many safety and health code violations.
