Really nice staff

While the room had a nice king size, bed and was otherwise very adequate and reasonable. Especially for the price, we found an old sock underneath the mattress spread. And then later on, my wife went to use the restroom on the main floor and it was very dirty. We think they're just came under new management , and maybe it's a transition. Beyond that, it was very nice having a pool. The breakfast provided was great, very much appreciated that. I think with a little bit more attention to detail. It's a great deal.

Very clean room. Bigger than expected. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars was that the bed frame was broken or coming apart. Any movement would cause a loud banging noise. Front desk staff was great...friendly and helpful. Overall was a great deal.

Disgusting. Hair all over bath tub, sheets with stains, hair on pillows, utterly disgusting. When trying to get a refund with the property manager he was VERY disrespectful. Please save your money as he will REFUSE refund even if you don’t stay there.

We got in late traveling cross country and the staff were very nice. We had a mixup as our GPS took us to the Quality Inn on Broadway (yikes that place is scary), and we were grateful to realize our reservations were at this location. Scooters coffee is close as well as Taco Bell. The beds were super loud though and on weird platforms, every time you turned it made noise. The breakfast was okay with biscuits and gravy. The apples had fruit flies all over them. For the price and passing through it was all we needed.

Very dirty and dated. Guy at front desk was friendly and helpful atleast.

Good price for what it was. 7 star rating could have been a little bit higher. Overall clean and bug-free.

I was impressed with my experience! The lobby was clean and welcoming. Check in was very easy and the front desk gentleman was polite and professional. The room was clean, the place was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and all amenities were provided. The pool was refreshing, and the gym was nicely kept. Breakfast was great-with multiple, traditional, hot or cold items to choose from. 10/10 will stay here again.

We just needed a place to crash for the night with our large family. Wasn't what I was expecting. The building smelled like an old wet basement. The smell was very potent. There were used towels in the bathrooms and the beds were like boards. We didn't get the stay protection either so a refund wasn't going to happen. We have two small kids and were hoping they had a pack and play or two but they either didn't have them or the guy at the front desk didn't know what I was asking for. I would say it wasn't the worst place I've stayed but I wouldn't stay here again.

There appeared to be a lot of options of food. I was not informed of owner and name change of hotel that happened in Feb. Hotel had no record of my registration, so I has to rebook thru hotel causing extra stress and expense.

This hotel looks nothing like the photos… it is very very run down. A homeless person was sitting outside the side door where my room was and the side exit. Did not feel safe…parked under the lights in the middle of lot for safety. Would not stay here.

Looked like they were in the process of renovating when we were staying there but it was overall a well maintained place. The staff was friendly and helpful with check in.
