Nice family running site. Everything as expected. The vending machines were light but that is the only issue I experienced.

This place is the biggest dump I have ever stayed at. The staff was rude and didn’t help us when we told them our room had no toilet paper. Our room smelled like dead bodies and on our check out day, some man entered our room while we were still in bed. Check out is 11am and he came in around 930am. They also deactivated our key card at 6am on our last day. Stay away from this place.

Best smelling lobby I’ve been in. Nice beds. Friendly staff. Close to I80. Great price.

We checked in at 11pm, nobody at the front desk. We rang the doorbell 5 times, called on our phones 2 times. I walked through the building saying “hello?” Someone finally came out, she was rude, didn’t smile once. For being a non smoking hotel, our room had a very weird and strong smell. In the room, the counters had residue and overall didn’t look clean. Toilet was not properly secured to the floor. Noticed a hair leftover in the shower. Breakfast is in the basement, not ideal. The options were slim and only offered until 9am. Housekeeping knocked on our door before check out in the morning as if she was going to enter, had to yell that we were still there. No staff present at check out or breakfast. It was fine for our short one night stay, but overall wouldn’t choose it again and don’t recommend.

The staff was so professional and kind. My room was very clean.

Room was clean.area was quite.
-
Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was adequate.
-
The room was clean and in fairly good condition. The toilet ran unless we listed the lid to adjust the float lever, and the cable reception was awful - the picture nwas rarely clear and we couldn't change channels.
-
The room was nice and the location was good. Be aware that there is no elevator to the second or third floor. You also need to go down a flight of stairs to get breakfast.

Upon arrival the front desk staff was sitting in the chairs of the common space wrapped in a blanket which looked very unprofessional which is how she checked us in still wrapped in a blanket also rude and hard to understand. It was appalling that there was a credit card and ID of a gentleman just sitting there, she scanned his credit card and I had to say thats not mine. The ceiling above the shower was peeling down, room smelled horrible. Breakfast, everything was empty or in crumbs on the countertops. Headed back to our room we rang the bell at front desk, a woman came in from outside smoking and just looked at us, we had to ask if she was working here, mentioned that everything needed to be restocked for breakfast, she informed us that since it was after 8 they wouldn't be even though breakfast goes until 9 and that they were out and waiting for a shipment, maybe tomorrow they would habe breakfast. When we checked out the same gal was sitting in the common space with McDonalds spread out on 2 different tables, neck pillow on and her shoes off, barefoot watching TV. Biggest take is the staff is very unprofessional, unfriendly and don't expect breakfast.

We were OKC for seven nights. Honestly, we feel like we stayed at the best hotel in the area. We LOVED this hotel. Right from check in with Lindsay (who was super awesome) and throughout the whole, everything was great. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good. We give this place a 12/10.

All good room was clean and staff was freindly

I’m not sure where all the positive reviews are coming from for this hotel, because it is not a nice hotel. The staff is subpar, the breakfast is a mess, the layout is inconvenient, etc. I do not recommend this place.
