The room was clean enough but this is not a Marriott level facility. It was not well maintained, the furniture was beat up, very meh overall. Hotel staff was absolutely incredible.

We had a great stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean comfortable rooms

Room was hot as heck because it’s a box cooler turned off, so you have to wait a long time to cool room down. One bed had absolutely threadbare sheets. Bathroom sink is in the room; not the bathroom. Sure they had breakfast, but it was in a basement down from the lobby. Checkout: Came down and no one was at desk. Saw an apparent guest sitting at table in the lobby scrolling on her phone. Stood waiting for some time and finally asked the “guest” is she’d seen anyone. Without looking up from her phone she said she was the desk clerk and to just leave your key…no eye contact; just kept scrolling. Travelers beware. I don’t know who left the good reviews, but I suspect they came from suspect sources. Will NEVER stay at a Country Inn again. Just atrocious amenities and service.

Very clean and helpful staff. The breakfast was very limited. Eggs, toast, cereal, and muffins.

Rooms were decent. Beds were hard and the pillows were flat. No elevators. Breakfast was small, coffee not very good. No waffles. Pretty small breakfast. Better off going down to the village inn, that has really good breakfast and reasonably priced.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Location is great - lots nearby (restaurants, casinos, etc.) and easy drive to Omaha. Our room was surface clean but could have used a good deep cleaning (walls, dusty floors and surfaces). There was a large hole in the wall that had been plastered over but not painted. Bed okay, pillows very hard. Great water pressure in shower. Quiet at night. No elevator, stairwell needed a pressure washing. Breakfast was adequate, staff super nice, especially Christina at FD. Price was right and would likely stay here again if in the area.

It was clean, quiet and the bed was pretty comfortable. The down sides. The toilet is like a miniature version of a toilet. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy bags it’s a pain. The fitness center was closed. The “breakfast”, if you could call it that was horrible. Possibly the worst I have ever seen. The eggs were cold and watery, they had the consistency of a kitchen sponge. There was no meat option. The fruit was borderline spoiled. The coffee was cold and tasted like cardboard. Good thing there is a Casey’s and Hardee’s next door.

Room was clean & very spacious. Great shower & hot water. Breakfast was just okay. There was no yogurt & the eggs were gone and never was refilled. There was no attendant so nothing was restocked. I would stay again.

Very nice for the price. Older hotel but well maintained. I recommend.

No Belgian waffles. Limited breakfast options. Bed and pillows were a little hard. Otherwise great place to stay.
-
An excellent stay overall with clean room, very quiet, excellent staff. Breakfast was light with only eggs, sausage, coffee and toast but it was free. Walking distance from hotel were other choices . Casinos were a short drive away so great location.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired

The room was okay. Furniture kind of haphazard. There were mattresses stacked at the end of our hall. Rooms were clean but smelled heavily of cleaner and sanitizer trying to cover up smoke smells. We didn't see many staff members. The cleaning lady I saw each day was very kind and replaced our towels each day, which was great. We needed to check out early and told the front desk (when we found someone there...which was another story) and they said they would make a note. They didn't the first time we asked but glad we kept checking when we saw someone. By the day we needed to check out and confirm our refund, we were met by a very annoyed lady. We found multiple notes on the front desk of "we are away helping another customer, will return shortly." And "cleaning up breakfast, I'll be back shortly." (When we had just come from the breakfast room and were the only ones there.) We rang the bell a few times with maybe 5 minutes in between rings. Then I ended up calling their listed phone number. We didn't want to just leave our keys to check out without a confirmation on our refund. She would not confirm our refund even though it was noted. She said it needed approval from the manager. When we asked for the manager's name she became VERY defensive and asked us why did that matter and then said he was male? What the? It was not pleasant. We got it figured eventually, but goodness. Take it as you will, I suppose.

Management and staff were super helpful with assistance on leaving a day early and making sure I recieved a refund.

The check-in staff was friendly and fast; Our room was clean and comfortable but did not have a luggage rack and a lightbulb over the sink needed to be replaced. The neighbors above us could be heard early in the morning. The breakfast was OK. Instant eggs, no sausage or bacon. But they also had boiled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt and an assortment of breads.

Great service. Parking is an issue evening to night as you are next to Horseshoe Casinos, all though there are signed stating you will be towed, well the hotel don't review the cameras to watch the 10 plus people taking the PAID hotel members Parking. Beds not very comfortable I thought it would have been better. Coffee is great. Shower pressure was Amazing!! Staff at desk was very nice. Always greeted you. And it was quiet. I didn't hear no one around me and was one the first floor.

It was ok but I guess you paid for what you get

Room was clean and spacious. Location was pretty quiet. Convenient to get to and from.

We turned up for a late check in and the young lady that checked us in was efficient. The lobby was super clean although the front entrance needs a little love. The room and bathroom were clean and cozy and there was plenty of parking. Overall a good night's stay.
