The themed rooms were fun and the ice machine down the hall was nice (when it had ice). The buffet breakfast was decent with many different food options. It is a decent walk to Disney, but doable! We were there when it was almost 100 degrees (f) and there is no air conditioning. The window opens but there are no screens so bugs fly in. The ceiling fans don't move much air. The room felt outdated and the shower and shower curtain didn't feel very clean. The cleaning staff also tried to come into our rooms multiple times while we were still packing up before check out time. The ice machine was so nice if there was ice, but it couldn't keep up with the demand of the guests so it was frequently empty. The shuttle was always packed, so we did not take the shuttle at all.

The room was unbearably hot, the ceiling fan doesn’t do much. We took a fan with us as we knew it didn’t have air con but it was still so hot. A fridge being in the room would make a huge difference. We weren’t given any information on meet and greets for characters and there was no information up about it so we saw this out of chance, only one day when we had four days there.

Convenient and well themed. Good amenities like a Starbucks inside No air conditioning in the room. Well, there were air conditioners but they have been permanently disabled which made for a really uncomfortable sleep.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttles to the park are great as well as the baggage storage. The room didn't have air conditioner so it was very hot. Only a ceiling fan and it was 90 degrees outside. We sweated all night!

A bit basic for the price but it’s Disney

Great location and nice staff No ac and it was extremely HOT

It was close to the parks. No elevators- at least in our building. We had to lug 30 kg suitcases up to the second floor. It was during the heat wave and the hotel did not provide any water. The ice machines were broken and there is no air conditioning. Our room was over 90 degrees and the hotel would do noting to relieve the situation. I understand the heat was unexpected but I’ve been to Disney world during a hurricane and they support was amazing. Here they told use to drink out of the bathroom sink. We ended up leaving for another hotel with ice, water and air conditioning for a much lower price.

Walkable to DLP and the extra hour of park experience make it worth it. Staff was very friendly. No AC in the rooms, not great during an epic heatwave. The hotel facilities and furniture was like a Motel 6 with some cars theming on top. The bed was hard with low quality sheets. The towels were small, thin and rough and the bath amenities were lack luster for a Disney Resort. I was surprised there was no pool, wasn’t even aware that Disney made resorts that didn’t have pools?? Would’ve been nice after a hot park day and no AC in the rooms…

Close proximity, easy shuttle We were there during the heatwave. Rooms were very hot. Thankfully staff were able to locate a fan. There was trouble opening some of the windows.

Great property, super helpful! Clean and nice

Shuttle was very convenient to get to Disney Village and the Parks. Rooms are a bit outdated for a Disney property. Closer to motel accommodations rather than hotel.

The hotel is located within Disneyland and offers early access to the park, which definitely helps avoid long lines for the most popular rides. It also allows returning to the room during the afternoon to rest and then go back to the park. Another clear advantage is the shuttle to the park, which runs quite frequently. However, the first time, without additional information, it was a bit tricky to find the shuttle pick-up point in Disneyland, so it’s worth checking this in advance. The hotel is very old and in need of renovation. Some buildings had a strong unpleasant sewage smell. Soundproofing is almost non-existent, so you can hear everything happening in neighboring rooms. Considering that many guests are children, this sometimes made it very difficult to sleep. Many things in the hotel were broken. In our room, water was leaking from the siphon. The hot water supply was inconsistent, sometimes becoming too hot or cold, which made showering difficult. The room had a bathtub instead of a shower, which looked old and unclean, making it unappealing to use. Towels were poorly washed, with stains on some, making them unusable. The windows could only be opened a few centimeters, which, combined with the unpleasant smell, made it impossible to properly ventilate the room. There was no kettle, no toiletries, no slippers, and no bathrobes in the room. The carpet was stained and dirty, and the furniture was very old. The door latch looked like it was from the 1980s and could easily trap someone inside if used incorrectly. The decor was weak and uninspiring, making the overall atmosphere disappointing. Breakfast was also limited. Most of the food was greasy, with no porridge, fruits, or vegetables. The fruit salad smelled of the fridge and was unappetizing.

The Tex-mex restaurant was comically bad. It was expensive and the food that is in the buffet is neither Texas or Mexico. I understand that we were in France but don’t call it Texmex if the food isn’t even in the ballpark. Also cleanliness wise the bathroom tub still had some hair from previous guests.
