The reception, catering and cleaning staff were very friendly and always ready to help with requests, information and advice. The reception staff were a great help in booking alternative accommodation when we arrived in CDMX a day earlier than expected, due to my mix-up with crossing the International Date Line from Australia. Whoops!! We had a wonderful stay in a lovely room in a perfect location between the Frida Kahlo house and central Coyoacan. If we ever get back to Mexico, we would choose to stay at the Agata

This hotel is the best secret in Coyoacan, is beautiful, clean, food delicious, staff the best! They make sure we have an amazing stay!... Agata is definitely the hotel to stay!!! Nothing...everything was amazing

The staff were just so lovely and made my mums birthday extra special, they were super attentive. The breakfast was phenomenal, absolutely amazing. The facilities are very clean and modern. Nothing!

The location was perfect, and probably the best breakfasts we’ve ever had. There is a wonderful turn down service with a pot of tea in the evenings which was brilliant. We were a little unlucky in being there over a bank holiday so we couldn’t use the spa on the day we were free - no fault of course. And the yoga class didn’t seem to happen when we tried to go.

Excellent breakfast cooked to order with a lot of variation. Very great location in heart of Coyoacán near everything.staff very attentive staff. Lovely rooftop patio.
