Loved the shared areas; garden and rooftop views. Free tea. Very cute environment. Had to walk 4 minutes from/to Uber car as the hotel cannot be reached from the road by car. Price is expensive. The jacuzzi access is not free, 70$/us/hour.

The view was wonderful! The staff were all attentive & kind! The breakfast was delicious-even had a gluten free bread option! The room was clean & cozy! That I couldn't stay longer-ha!

Beautiful views, relaxing courtyard, and very friendly staff.

No elevator and we were on the 4th floor but the rooms were wonderful and a killer view.

Beautiful old hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful views. I was unaware that there was no lift. There was also a steep set of stone stairs to ascend to get the lobby. There was no one at the bottom of the stairs and I did not feel comfortable leaving my bag unattended so I hauled my 40 lbs bag up the stairs my self. My room was on the third floor, but staff kindly brought my bag up to my room. Unfortunately, I happened to have a knee injury and all the stairs did not help. I would have selected another hotel had I known. Otherwise, everything was very nice. I also had to call about the transportation I had arranged rather than the hotel proactively providing the details. More info about what to do with your luggage upon arrival would have been helpful too.

The staff were wonderful. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. And offered breakfast to go for early morning outings. We were able to leave our larger bags when going to Machu Picchu, really helpful. Wifi kept disconnecting, could use better connection.

Amazing location with fantastic views. Staff were very attentive even bringing hot water bottles in the evening and responded well to our requests. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the internet didn’t work well anywhere apart from at reception.

Breakfast was delicious with eggs made to order. View were great, flowers everywhere so it smelled wonderful. On site massage services available with an hours notice was convenient. We booked this hotel at the end of our trip because of the spa amenities. We were really looking forward to a long soak in the hot tub, unfortunately there were issues securing the necessary fuel so it was not available. I imagine that is also why the showers were warm, but never got hot.

The property is very clean with friendly staff and an incredible breakfast. The triple room on the top floor has amazing views and is conveniently next to the spa for our massages! We stayed here 4 nights before our trek to Machu Picchu and 1 night after the trek. We would all choose to stay here again when back to Cuzco!

The view and the upper terrace were very nice. We booked for a room with a view and for the jacuzzi. They don't keep the jacuzzi running and they overcharge us because after getting a room with two beds they said only two people could be in there. They gave us 2 twin beds when the listing said 2 queen beds. They also gave us a room with no view. Then when there was a room with a huge king-size bed and a view they said that we couldn't sleep in there even if we paid extra yet they let us stay in the room with even less room for us to sleep. They waited until we came home at around 7 or 8 pm to tell us this issue also... We were there for hours before. Not the best experience. Won't be going back.

Location out of the way but such a nice. Hill neighborhood. We were only able to stay one of our 4 nights due to a change of travel plans but really liked what we experienced while there. One of the best breakfasts we had in Peru for sure. Some might find the location a bit out of the way but we really liked the feel of the neighborhood.
