Overall, I like the hotel, the area was nice. I liked that it was a locked hotel so I felt more at ease. The staff was super nice. Our room was always clean. We got new towels everyday. The breakfast was good. I didn’t like how you can hear everything. The walls are very thin and when people are waking up around 3am or 4am for there tours you can hear them getting up.

The staff were welcoming and accommodating. The courtyard seemed nice. Location was decent. We were checked into a room that did not look like the room we had booked. It had no windows. We asked the staff if there was a different room available with windows and they said no. The air in the room felt stagnant. After further inspection we noticed white fuzzy mould growing on the lower walls of the bathroom. We have never declined a hotel room before, but we felt like it wouldn’t be safe to stay there. We asked the kind staff if we could please have our money back. He did not seem surprised about our request. We settled on getting most of our money back, less the commission booking.com would charge him.

Was a great experience stay because the location was perfect very accessible for restaurants, bakery, downtown. My room was too close to the exit and I heard everything.

Breakfast wasn't good.

My Stay was too short.

Close to downtown and super nice staff! Everything was good!!

It was walking distance to the markets, shops, restaurants, central area of the city. It was also really close to our Machu Picchu tour agency. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. It lacked some amenities. Our room was a little cold at night and there was a bit of mold in the bathroom.

Nice location and building. Very noisy hotel and could be a little cleaner.

The building is very beautiful and clise to the center

The size of the room, size of the bathroom, the look of the interior of the hotel, helpful staff. I want to emphasize that the staff was super hard working and helpful, the hotel needs improvement but not because of the staff not giving their all. No working wifi for half my stay, sometimes no hot water, awful breakfast, my room had no open windows, just a little one in the bathroom. They give you just a sliver of soap, but the worst was breakfast. The staff was really helpful but breakfast was just terrible. There is a little cafeteria some steps away from the hotel, eat there.

Friendly Staff and the second room we received after complaining was spacious and cozy To be honest, we we’re quite disappointed as we were very looking forward to this hotel. It is absolutely not anymore according the pictures, quite worn out. It might have been a wonderful place at times, but those are over. First of all, its worn out and outdated, there is a lot that could be renovated. First room was a desaster. Extremely small, even tho we booked deluxe. Broken window, broken curtains, worn out floor and the room was dusty and dirty. After complaining we received a better room that was spacious and clean. I was looking forward to breakfast, since the review was so good about it but even that was a disappointment. Dirty tables, very limited options, cold coffee, no service and only from 7-9am. The really good thing about the place is the staff that is super friendly and helpful. They don’t speak english but they will translate with google. We might be spoiled europeans but we have previously booked hostels and hotels for months all over south america, we have slept in worse accommodation sure, but this one was disappointing due to the fact that its a 3 star hotel and on the picture it looks really really cool. We would not book it again

The property was about 10 to 15 minutes from Plaza de Armas and the San Pedro market. The room was very clean and spacious and the beds were cozy and comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious and clean and the hot water connected almost instantaneously. Highly recommend! We will stay here again if we visit Cusco again. N/A

The curtains didn't block the morning sun, leaving the room fully illuminated by 6 AM. There is bell used to summon staff rang intermittently throughout the night, causing repeated disturbances. The room's condition was also subpar, with furniture that was visibly old and worn.

Some overnight staff were less pleasant unfortunately and often noisy. One night there was music blasting so loud at ~4 am that around 4:30 I got up to ask to turn it down and found I was heading to the attendant with other guests as well for the same request; she turned it down promptly! But it was rough for loud noises between 11p-6a to be common or persistent occurrences. Also they were often not at the front desk, so when returning after 5/6pm you need to ring the door bell which is okey dokey but it often took two rings over five minutes to be let it. My room may have been a misrepresentation but the shower doors were broken which made that an adventure every time and the shower shelf/soap dish was also broken/hanging slack, so nonfunctional when I arrived. There was also no place for luggage or personal items in the room except the nightstand.

Good location. Room was a little colder.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The free breakfast was a big bonus. The staff was very helpful at all times.

The price was great, we also liked the location, it's around 15 minutes on foot to the main square, but neighborhood was nice. They also made us breakfast to go, because we needed to leave early. The hotel itself was quite cosy. Next to the shower there was an old rag, which gave impression it's not very clean and that they don't change it for new guests. The shower door was not closing. Pillows were uncomfortable.
