The staff were kind, friendly, and accommodating to my late night arrival. The dogs and parrots in the courtyard are also adorable! The street gets a little loud late/overnight.

Where can I start? This is a simple hotel, but it provides everything you need. What really makes the difference, however, is the staff. I have never met people as friendly as they are. This place deserves a 10/10 because of its outstanding service. The breakfast was very good, and the location is close to many attractions. The street where the hotel is located is very busy, with lots of traffic. When we first arrived, we were a little concerned, but as soon as we entered the hotel, we found an oasis in the middle of the bustling city. Thank you so much for everything! Nothing

Staff were very nice and the room got cleaned every day. I had many blankets in the bed. There’s always hot water and coca and muña tea available. Breakfast was eggs, bread, fresh fruit juice, coffee and tea. Location was very good and central but not too central which means there’s cheap restaurants around. They also can store your luggage during the hikes. The price was very good for what you get. I do recommend if you want a good stay for cheap price. They keep the door locked and you can’t enter or leave the premises without the staff coming to open the door for you. Unfortunately my room was close to reception so every time someone was leaving or coming I could hear the bell ringing.

Lovely old house with interesting historical objects and family photos. It’s off a busy street but very safe and quiet inside. The staff were so friendly and gave us a to go bag of eggs and fruit for our travels. They also got up at 0300 to let us out for our early departure. Great breakfast and delicious coffee Two very cute dogs and a parrot The room is a little cold. A heater would be good. The shower water once turned on very slowly, was hot and the bed has a lot of blankets so it was warm enough to sleep.

Breakfast was good, coffee was delicious I wanted the dogs to come and sleep with me at night. But, truthfully, I liked everything

Price very reasonable. Lovely staff and welcoming dogs. Very safe. Clean. Comfortable. Shower is hot when you turn it on slowly. 10 minutes flat walk to city center . Cute property . The staff made us to go breakfast at 0300 for our Machupicchu day Nothing bad to say

Location was perfect, less than 10 minutes to the main square. The host was absolutely amazing. Directions to anything I needed and was there to answer the door withing moments whatever time it was. I had a very early trip to macchu picchu and she was there at to let me out within a minute at 4am! She even supplied me a little takeaway breakfast. The only thing stopping me from giving a perfect 10 was the shower didn't get all the way hot. The location is on a busy street but you cant hear a thing from your room. The only draw backs were the shower and im not sure why but the room got super super bright as soon as sun rise hit.

Central location in a not-so-touristy corner off of Plaza de Armas. I could go eat and shop with locals, yet the tourist neighborhoods were all within 1/2 mile. Room was very basic and hot water and plenty of outlets were available. Free & plentiful coca tea during my stay. Payment at the reception upon arrival was cash only, and soles exchange rate was very poor, so I ended up paying with US banknotes.

Nice little hostel located near the city center, very, very nice lady that manages the hotel, always helping and smiling!! Thank you lady for helping with everything (transfer, taxi, early breakfast, hair dryier, etc). They have good breakfast! They have a courtyard with cats, dogs and parrots...sooo nice because we love animals! Rooms are a little bit old, need to be painted and refreshed. But the rest is ok

Cold but that's just Cusco!

I stayed here for a total of 10 days across multiple reservations, and I would stay here again if I were to return to Cusco. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating to my requests for takeaway breakfast during my early morning tour days (some as early as 4:30AM). Despite limited English, the staff is super friendly. Location was great. There are lots of eateries and a supermarket nearby. You have to get a staff to open the door for you each and every time you leave and return to the hostel, but there was always someone to do that with minimal wait time. Although this can be a slight hindrance, it makes the hostel quite secure.
