Comfortable, clean, central

Super close to Plaza de Armas, less than 5 minutes by foot. Breakfast was great with an amazing view. Staff was very kind and friendly. We even used the laundry service which was a lifesaver. Lots of blankets and sheets, we never once got cold during our stay. Wifi worked perfectly in our room. The hostel is located in a very narrow street; not the hostel's fault, just be careful while walking.

The location is great, the 24 hour reception is good. During our stay, the bathroom had a thick layer of black mould which made both of us sick. We originally booked for 3 nights and left after one. We could not sleep which we attribute to the lack of clean air in the room dye to the mould. It was bad.

The location was great, close to the main plaza and lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was small but adequate. There was lots of hot water in the shower. My favorite part was the view of the city from the third-floor breakfast nook, spectacular! The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Raul who helped with several things I needed. In the morning, it was quite noisy as you could hear people in the hallway.

Location very close to center Nice staff hot shower lasts 30 sec Poor furniture
-
The shower is a bit clunky and hard to control. Too much natural light comes in during the day, and no option to block most of it

Breakfast with an awesome view! Room was small but enough for our stay. They let us leave our bags for 2 days while going to Machu Picchu. The room was quite and wifi was good. Located in a turistic area close to good restaurants. Two small details from my picky partner :p The wc window lets air in and the water from the shower comes out a bit

The toilet is broken. This hotel canceled my reservation without asking.

Spacious room. Amazing location right next to San Blas Markets and near Plaza De Armas. Staff were lovely.

The moment I leave. The juice was ok. The bedrooms were awfully cold and there was no way of heating them. There was also no hot water. At some points, there was no water at all. Paying upfront made it so we couldn't leave early without losing the money (also they made the cancellation very difficult). The view during the breakfast is nice, but the place is so cold that you don't really want to stay for long.
