The staff it’s incredibly attentive and professional since the moment you arrive they make you feel comfortable, always happy to answer questions about anything you need to know to get around. I would definitely will be back and stay at this hotel. Close to everything at a walking distance, safe area. Thank you for all your help, Jesy, Vilma, Milagros, Mayumi. And Adrian who is very knowledgeable and helpful helping us to make tours reservations with a reputable tour agencies. We will definitely will stay at this hotel again.

Good location, close to the main attractions and squares (Plaza de Armas). Staff are friendly and nice (especially Jessi and Milagros)

The room was more luxurious than I expected for the price. Very classy. Great location close to the square. Super nice staff. Catered breakfast to me when I was ready. Easy to work with. Hot water. Good wifi. Nice view of the city and mountains. Lots of sunlight. High ceilings. Nice decor. Small charge for a heater, maybe $10 USD, but not unreasonable. They did lock the front door by 9:30pm which is rather early, but answered after a couple minutes. I did not know they would lock the door so some notification would be helpful. Room by the street gets some car noise but didn't bother me much at all. Minor issues so overall stay was very comfortable.

The property is very neat & clean, our room cleaned up & new towels everyday, breakfast is great, they packed us breakfast when we went for 3-4 AM excursion, the front desk staff & Bridget are exceptional — asking how we are doing every time we come back to the hotel after tours. I didn’t have any problem communicating everything to the staff. They take care everyone in the hotel. Excellent location — a few min walk to 12-angled stone, C. Siete Burreguitos & aqueduct, plaza de mayor, museums. We even had one way free transportation to/from airport (we used it when we left for Lima). We enjoyed our stay for several days in Cusco. Highly recommended!❤️

King size bed, clean rooms Shower took longer to get warm, breakfast was ok but same all 3 days we stayed

Location was great! The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was updated and had hot water. The room and facility was very clean. The staff was helpful and friendly also informative. My room was facing the street.

Breakfast option you could let know at staff for early tours so they would make you a bag to take with you (highly recommend that one if you are going to 7 colour mountain as the food provided trough that tour isn't the best) Plug in bathroom sink didn't close proper so couldn't really save water to shave easy and the shower was slightly leaking but atleast the floor had additional drains to catch the water

The location and the staff. The breakfast isn’t very good, with limited options and served directly at the table. There was no fridge in the room.

Great stay for several nights. I didn't have an issue with noise - even with guests in the lobby. There are food and shopping options everywhere. A short walk takes you to the town center. Taxis can drop you off at the door - no steps to climb. Great location and very safe and clean. It can get chilly. You have to pay for a heater, but the price is not ridiculous and I didn't mind.

Andina hotel is a nice small hotel in an excellent location in Cusco. It is simple hotel and suits the purpose. Nothing fancy but clean and pleasant. Noise insulation. Sometimes, there was noise very early morning when the staff prepared the breakfast. But they improved when we told them so.

Breakfast was nice and the property is well located

The property is clean and in a great location for Cusco downtown. Walking distance to the plaza de Armas. The front desk staff doesn’t speak English, but they are very helpful. They want extra charge if you want a heater inside the room.

The hotel offers a great value for money. The staff are superb. Friendly and welcoming, ready to support with any requests. The hotel is very well located, but it is on a busy road. Traffic can be noisy at times.
