I used booking.com to book a room with a king bed and a window. When we arrived, they gave us a full size bed with no window and told us it is all they had available. When I showed them my reservation, they did not have any rooms available for what I booked, and did not offer the legal obligation to find a hotel in the area with the size of bed and window I paid for. They said "this is all I have, take it or leave it". So we LEFT! Because of the last minute booking of a different hotel, we ended up having to pay a lot more a different hotel.

Friendly staff and strategic location very close to the main square and to the restaurants and shops. The surroundings were very quiet and it was perfect place to rest or take a nap. I requested check-in time ahead of time to be earlier if possible and I received an automatic reply from the hotel stating the check in time, so I inferred it was not possible. On the day of the arrival to the hotel, I had to wait until noon to get into the room, even the hotel specified that check in time was at 11:00 am! One other thing we did not like was that we requested the lunchbox option for earlier departures to be ready at 4am for the next day, but they just forgot to prepare our lunchboxes and we never had breakfast…

My room had a bath Being placed in the first floor meant that I could hear everything that the other group were discussing in the lobby until 1am, which the staff didn’t ask to stop even after we requested it.

Quiet, good location. A lovely patio for tea and breakfast. There was no hot water. And the Internet access was not good at all.

How unique de rooms where. All good

The location, breakfast and the the room size. Had a hard time showering inside the capsule. Specially since I was already having a hard time breathing bc of the altitude.

Huge space. Nothing to complain.

The rooms are extremely big. The shower has very good pressure. It is located just a few blocks from the main square. Everything is at a walking distance. In particular the IncaRail stop is 2 blocks away the people at the front desk where absolutely amazing It was a bit cold in the rooms. Breakfast could be better but considering the price paid, it was as someone could expect

This is a 0 STAR REVIEW. After 2 weeks on recovering from this nightmare, I am writing this review to warn all travelers, especially women traveling alone, to avoid this hotel at all costs. What was supposed to be a relaxing trip turned into one of the most terrifying experiences of my life due to the hotel’s gross negligence. The incident began at 11:52 PM when I was jolted awake by two men ENTERING MY LOCKED ROOM. After I screamed, they left. I later learned from one of the men (my neighbor) that the night staff had opened my door for him without verifying his identity or room number, claiming he had lost his key. The situation then escalated into a nightmare. The same neighbor, who was intoxicated and dressed only in his underwear, began harassing me. He repeatedly knocked on my door, demanding to sleep in my room, asking for kisses, and making me feel profoundly unsafe. I HAVE THIS ALL ON VIDEO. I explicitly told him I was terrified and about to call the police, at which point he finally retreated. The hotel’s failure is unforgivable: 1. Catastrophic Security Failure: Staff opened my locked room for a stranger without any identification check. Even though I have costume to put a chair to lock my door from the inside. And btw, this hotel door lock is a simple button lock, don’t even have a chain pin. 2. Inadequate Response: There was no manager on duty. The staff admitted and dismissed the intruder as “drunk” and made no effort to ensure my safety, told me to go back to my room that my neighbor definitely is asleep by now. 3. Creating a Dangerous Environment: Their negligence directly enabled stalking and sexual harassment. After I left the country the next day early on the morning, unfortunately communication over WhatsApp was one-sided and dismissive.

What really stood out to us was the lunch box service. Since we had several early excursions, we simply let them know the day before, and they had everything prepared for us in the morning. Although this is not entirely under the hotel’s control, the noise from other guests coming and going, especially very early in the mornings for excursions, could sometimes be heard in our room and made it a bit difficult to rest.

This was our first time in Peru, the location of the hotel was ideal for travel by foot and by taxi if you prefer to conserve your energy. We arrived on a Monday and stayed until Friday, the staff was EXTREMELY friendy, including staff member Santos, he made sure we had everything we needed and attentive to our stay here. I could not have asked for better service. 5 star service, this made our stay a lot more comfortable and safe! There is nothing better than having peace of mind while you are in a differnt country, and I can say they have provided this during our stay. Just a bit noisy in the rooms, not insulated to keep noise out.

Breaksfast was really good and staff on cafeteria was very nice and kind. 100 points for breakfast. They offer free warm beverages all day. Room was spacious Front desk people was very nice during (day shift only). Pillows were too hard. uncomfortable Room was not silent, it was possinle to hear other rooms conversations (very annoying). Additionally, when the room next to us turned their lights on, all our room was light up as well. Uncomfortable for a good sleep. The bathroom was wide open. I did not provide enough privacy. We were 3 guests and only received towels for 2 guests. When extra towels were requested they refuse to provide!. Shower did not work properly. I had to constantly manouver it to obtain tempered water. (Otherwise water was too cold or too hot!) For a price we found another hotel which was way better.

Huge room and comfortable beds, wonderful bathroom facilities. On-site spa was amazing, hotel was lovely. The staff was polite, informative, and welcoming. The hotel is a short walk to numerous restaurants and markets. Street/alley noise was very intrusive, although it was quiet in the late hours.

I have to say for starters that the hotel staff went far beyond possible to help us, we lost our flight last minute 2 hours before the estimated check in, they were comprehensive and accepted a last minute change without extra charge for this lost night. After we arrived to the hotel on top of this they let us choose our room and gave us a free upgrade based on availability. The location can’t be better, it’s right beside an ancient temple (qorikancha) and basically everything is at walking distance. The breakfast it’s good, there is a variety of fruit, fresh bread and you can order eggs and juice. While it is not a high end luxurious hotel, but it’s cozy and nicely located, for the price I think it’s a really good choice. I think the bed was a bit to hard for us, as well as the pillows, except for that I don’t have anything else to notice.

The room was full of light the whole night coming from the hall. There are windows on the entrance door and hallway of the room that you can’t cover and they leave the lights on the whole night, so if you sleep on the bed in front of the door you will need to cover your eyes. In the morning you wake up at 6am with the first group that eats breakfast. Also there isn’t a single hanger in the entire room for 5 people! You need to be creative to hang your wet towels. There were days breakfast was a mess where I couldn’t even get a mug and others that was ok.
