Surprisingly tasty breakfast and perfect location!
-
Perfect location to main city attractions!

Location was perfect. Close to bus station for train to Machu Picchu. Great restaurants and shopping areas a few minutes walk from hotel. Beds were extremely uncomfortable.

ALL GOOD
-
Everything.. Perfect in all respects.

We liked that the showers were hot! We also liked the Peruvian textiles on the bed. Breakfast was good! Front desk staff were friendly. There was no heat, but thankfully we found an extra blanket so we didn’t freeze. When we checked in, immediately my wife wanted to leave. We paid too much to stay here! We also couldn’t close the window in the bathroom all the way, so it was open to the outside. Upstairs neighbors were NOISY! No sound proofing. It’s like this hotel almost arrived at being a great hotel, but gave up at the last minute. Needs a lot of updating.

Breakfast is decent Staff is great Cleanness is well done Could stay around the corner cheaper

Staff is the best, Location amazing, near everything you need in Cusco. - It is cold in Cusco, you have to pay for extra to get a floor heater - Bathroons are cold without heater -Bedrrons has a fixed glass window to an inside isle and all the time someone walk in the isle the light goes on and wake you up. -HOT WATER is an issue in the last 3 days we were there, in the morning and in late afternoon. We got from a tour tired and dirty, we need shower and had to wait about 2 hours to have hot water.

La gente muy atenta

The location was great, very close to the main plaza. They had a nice upstairs balcony area that overlooked some roofs and got some sun. The breakfast was decent as well. The room was quite barebones. It was very cold with no heat. The shower was very rickety and didn’t work super well and the hot water was limited. The towels were very rough and uncomfortable. They were very inflexible about a late checkout.

The staff was really wonderful. They helped us in so many ways. They were so friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. We had a bit of a medical emergency and they went way out of their way to help us solve our problem. The location of the hotel is so convenient to the most popular aspects of a trip to Cusco. Santa Maria is a great value for a trip into Cusco! The few things that could have been better are the overall things that create the difference between South and North America... No heat in the rooms. The toilet differences. These are dislikes that are only available because we want to see a different culture and we accept that kind of alternative lifestyle by choice...not the fault of the individual hotel.

Only location and personal Cold rooms, The beds are uncomfortable. The floor was not washed
-
The only advantage of this hotel is that it’s almost in the Cusco center. Room was very cold. The cleanliness was questionable. The blankets on the beds were super old and smelly. The guy on reception was very rude during the check in. We didn’t feel welcomed there at all.

Very good
-
great location, flexible check-in process (we got there late at night), basic but good breakfast, again basic but comfortable room. could have been some oxygen for guests suffering with altitude sickness.
-
The location is very close to the Plaza del Arma
-
The location was good, close to plaza and shopping but too loud with church bells ring ing at 5:30 am every day The noice of church bells and firecrackers
-
The hotel is located is a very busy area of Cusco, but once you enter, you feel like you have left there and are in a relaxing place. The bed was a tad harder than my liking but it didn’t keep me from sleeping.

Very close to Plaza de Armas. Many small economical cafes and shops. Excellent restaurants on the opposite side of the plaza. Hotel staff arrives early. Somewhat noisy. Echoing affect throughout hotel
