Pool was not clean 3 days tried to use it!

Some kind odor as we checked in at the hotel! Room air conditioner was old making the loud noises all night long. Bathroom is kind of too old! Pool was not that clean. Surrounding area seemed to bee not too safe!

First the toilet was not clean, the air conditioning was loud, vent was not working in the bathroom we had to open the bathroom door for the steam to go out. Breakfast not included for the price I pay it should come with breakfast, no sheets or extra blanket for the sofa bed you have to ask for it. I don’t think anybody uses the tub anymore in hotels need to upgrade.

The air conditioning worked well. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and towels were changed as needed. Small issue with toilet that kept running at 10:45PM at night and maintenance staff came over immediately to fix it. He was polite and very efficient.

I have always wished the hotel sites would add more room hooks all over and also add general hooks or drying racks for bathing suits in the shower,

The staff is wonderful. The location is great! Walking distance to a strip of restaurants and close to the beach and other attractions. The only downside is coffee isn’t available 24/7 in the lobby.
