Breakfast sandwiches were good and the staff were friendly. It is a 3-star hotel. What can you expect?! However, we paid $270+/night for 6 nights. At least we should expect a clean and bug-free bed… If we didn’t prepaid the whole stay with Expedia, I think we’ll just move to another hotel.

The lady at the front desk. Hawaiian lady was exceptional!! The other lady standing there on the cash register seen a line of 7 people and never offered to help!. How disrespectful to the public but also to her co worker.

I could not get a Wi-Fi connection. The showerhead was broken. And they could not produce an invoice that showed my expenses for the room. This is something I desperately need for my expense report.

staff, marriott standards continue to keep microwave, fridge and coffeee maker limited cafeteria hours walked in room carpet in my white socks and apparently showed how dirty the carpets are, though not visible
