Breakfast was okay. The location was okay too. The room was definitely not how it looks in the pictures. The furniture looks old and the curtains were ripped. The pullout sofa was not comfortable.It smelled like cigarettes in the room and hallway. There was a weird smell coming from the bathtub.. we didn't even shower because the smell was so bad.

The room was clean. The furnace/AC is loud whenever it’s on. The breakfast is getting worst though, no coffee cups at the coffee station and food are just stale and dry.

I liked the accommodations. Our room was across from a bank of air conditioners which were in the hotel laundry facilities. It was very noisy. Also, staff tried to assist us in finding a cart for our luggage, since our room was one of the farthest rooms from the elevator. No carts were found, even though Rachel and housekeeping staff searched the entire hotel. The carts were in hotel guests froom, apparently. Perhaps keeping a emergency cart on hand behind the scenes for elderly or disabled to use would be a good idea. Only staff could use this cart and keep it for such uses.

Is very dirty, stinky like mold and asbestos everywhere, Noisy and very dirty, We booked for 4 days we only stay 1 Could not stay another night my wife got serious breathing issues soar troat, I did feel the same way, the room is very outdated looks and remind me my grandpa assisting living place, Lights on this room was turning on automatically with out any one touching the switches, For all the money this company charge for staying is a big rip off 250 per night 12 parking fee a day And if you bring pet is a $500 pay for the pet Breakfast was not good, So make Story short I check out early and I will never ever coming back to this hell place Not worth even free staying, I rather stay at circus circus hotel like.

Great place to stay rooms cleaned every day great breakfast always clean inside and out only complaint i would have is employees take all parking spots close to main entrance (Lobby) and I am in the room next main lobby have to park across the parking lot

Always love the suite very spacious and clean. Everything there is perfect except the pool and jacuzzi the water was milky and dirty.

The hotel is dated, it’s definitely in need of a facelift but the employees were nice.

Exceptional

The bathroom sink area was dirty. Looked to be toothpaste splashes on the mirror. Maid service came after requesting twice the following day and still didn’t clean. We have our dog with us and took him outside while they supposedly cleaned but they only did bare minimum. We rented a suite which had a broken dishwasher. The dishes in the cabinets had food caked on them. The pull out bed smelled of urine! Was unable to sleep on it. However they had no problem charging us $ for pet deposit. Signs were posted to pick up after your pet but there was poop all over the grounds. It wasn’t picked up the entire time there. I would no t recommend this place.
