The suites are new, big, roomy and clean. I like the full size fridge. The property is clean and quiet despite being close to a busy street and area. Close proximity to Costco and restaurants is also a plus. The staff are nice and friendly. They were attentive to our little complain. Typical continental breakfast

We had a spacious and very clean 2QueenBed room . Location very convenient, close to Costco, Trader Joe's, Panda Express and Mitsuwa Marketplace. Breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly and accomodating.

Made reservation online 05/24 for my wife, 2 children, and myself. I called in at 2pm same day to confirm reservation and for early check-in. Was advised reservation was received and that room isn’t available and cannot check in until 4pm. Arrived at hotel to check-in and my reservation was cancelled without any notification. Reception blamed Expedia but according to Expedia my reservation was active and not cancelled. Reception they are over booked and have to turn away 3 other customers that made reservations. After I walked away, I received a email from Reception cancelling my reservation. My family is displaced and without a place to go.
