HYATT house Cypress/Anaheim

The room is spacious with a kitchen, living room, and separate bedroom. The hotel is quiet and has various restaurants and stores close by making it a good location. They provide daily complimentary breakfast. I would stay here again.

Cons : Cleaning Service are not regular. Stayed for 5 nights and they only came once.

Room was not thoroughly cleaned and being a high rated hotel I expected much better. I called ahead of time and and was told I could check in at 2 when I arrived I was told there would be a $25 fee to check in early. After having a conversation with the another person was then told there is no extra charge after 2. Pool was decent but was far too warm for my liking. Breakfast was just good enough, definitely not returning.

Breakfast available - simple with good coffee. Clean lobby and common spaces inside. $12.00 daily parking Spacious room with simple kitchenette and dining area. My problem was the mold build up in the shower. Black mold evident in the corners and grout lines in shower.

Room stinky, staff are not friendly, cant hang out in the common area.

Excellent property, location is middle of all attractions, every they change hot breakfast and endless options for me my wife and two kids 11and 16. Room has all amenities at home stove fridge dishwasher. Washer deyer and icemaker on same floor.

Over price but good place. You can find the same somewhere else for much less.

I had a very unsatisfying experience with my room, the bathroom had a beeping sound that would not stop and kids slept so late we end up move our staff in other room really bad experience they need fix that bathroom. But good breakfast.

Clean and well maintained.

Unfortunately, the service throughout our stay was disappointing. On the third day, we requested fresh towels and were told they could “only find four.” That is literally what we were told. We also requested an extra blanket, but it was forgotten, and we had to call a second time close to midnight before receiving it. The property itself has some really beautiful areas. We especially wanted to enjoy the outdoor fireplace and garden after spending time at the pool, but unfortunately, the fireplace was not working. The pool was nice and clean, which we enjoyed, but there were no towels available there either, so once again we had to request them. Overall, the property has a lot of potential and some beautiful amenities, but the lack of attention to basic guest needs. Especially towels, bedding, and working amenities,.The staff was kind.

Stayed here multiple times while visiting Huntington Beach. Always amazing.

Everything was great, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely return to spend another few days here. The beds were very clean and the pillows were very soft.
