The location is very centa, close to the city and the airport! The bed spring coils are already out of the mattress, the towels were not washed properly, the dividers in the bathroom needs better cleaning.

Location The toilet seat at room 1101 like survived from burn house. Unacceptable.

Near many attractions and Dragon bridge, staircase to reception could be troubling for some. But elevator inside, not sure if it goes down to basement/ parking floor.

Central location, many restaurants around the area. They clean the room everyday and refresh the supplies. Staff are nice too!

Very good location with friendly staff. The hotel is located 150 meters from the beach. Around the hotel several good restaurants and two fonderful patisseries.

Great location in the city! Short walk from the dragon bridge. Staff were friendly. Rooms were clean. Bed was big and comfortable. I would stay here again!

I booked a deluxe room. The view was amazing and everything was clean and comfortable. The photos on booking.com are accurate. I thoroughly recommend. There is no assistance with luggage.

We stayed in a family luxe, it was great! Big rooms, a bit retro furniture, very clean, no pests! Helpful staff, we liked everything! It's not allowed to cook. The kitchen is there it's big, a huge table, a sink and 2 small fridges, but no cooker and tableware

Great Location and clean accommodation that is just bright for the price. Highly recommend it. Staff are courteous and helpful. House keeping missed giving us additional towel and toiletries (bath gel) to service 2 people accomadation that we paid for. Second day the wash basin drain was stuck, which was a bit awkward. But still will overstate that this place is generally cleaner and better than most places within this price point.
