The location was nice and central to the market and other big sites like crazy house. Staff was helpful They should advertise that some rooms don't have windows, i would've paid a bit extra just to have a window bc it made it so dark and gloomy in the room. The breakfast was expensive for vietnam standards.

The first night, there were leaks that left the bathroom floor soaked with water. The next day, they were planning to do some work at 8:00 a.m., and by 9:30 a.m., they were chipping away at the room above us, so we thought the ceiling was collapsing. We needed to rest to catch a bus, but we couldn't. They were very inconsiderate, since we'd given them notice and they had all day to fix it. We were in the suite.

Amazing team Great Location This was one of the dirtiest hotels in last 10 years Because it is still under construction It was very cold there and they don't have heaters So we catch a cold ((( To time I can not recommend this place

The location is near Da Lat Town and near to Night Market. The hotel was also quiet even though it was nearby with town. The room decoration looks like luxury The receptionist needs to upgrade their communication skills especially to have some basic english language as Da Lat is a tourist attraction place. I need to use Google Translate to communicate with the receptionist.

The rooms were very clean and the hotel lobby was spacious and lovely. The hotel was just a short walk from the market area and the heart of Da Lat. My room did not have a window which I didn't enjoy and being next to the stairwell I could hear any noise coming from that area during the night.

Good service and valunable price compare to room size. Air conditional is unavailable. (and also the most of hotel in Dalat), which sometimes can causes hot temperature in the day-time.

Spacious, clean room with a balcony that gave a great, elevated view of inner city Dalat and some local life. Location within easy walking distance of town centre. Super friendly and efficient staff. Excellent value for money. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

The location is excellent, right at the heart of the city. Staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are small and without windows, like box. Also the noise isolation is very bad, you can hear people yelling at 2 AM. I don't think I will return nor recommend the hotel to anyone for these reasons.
