GOOD LOCATION CONFORTABLE STAY CLEAN ROOMS CONFORTABLE BEDS AND FRIENDLY STAFF BREAKFAST IS JUST OK AC IN THE ROOM WAS WEAK AND UNCONFORTABLE DURING THE NIGHT

The staff The things in the room.. either not working or had 1 or other problems. Restaurant had a big menu but on being asked, most of the food was not available from the menu. In the rooms either AC was not working properly or either the phone would not work and the kettle just had the coil and it did not have any utensil in there in which we could heat water for having our coffee. So yeah, this was it but otherwise the stuff was very good. Very friendly.

Staff was friendly and it is a well run hotel. Housekeepers were very good. All the facilities worked or if they did not, were quickly fixed. It was a convient location with lots of shops nearby. While I'm not Muslim, the music from the nearby mosque was pretty good! I wish there was less dragging of funiture over the floors by housekeepers. But that is pretty common everywhere. Oh, and I think they should remove the photo of Samia Saluhu Hassan from the lobby. No one likes her and she is now considered universally a disgrace! I don't want to see her face ever again!

Appeal is null: bar isn't working. Business owner and company hanging out talking noisily Not .ade for tourists rather for locals or visiting people from Muslim/ Pakistan background

I have to say, they really treated me like royalty there. They remembered what I had for breakfast each day. They were very thoughtful and kind when I had a couple of situations in my room and got on them immediately. It was centrally located, and I was able to walk to most places of interest. Didn’t you like?

Although my stay was limited to a pre-flight overnight, it was very comfortable and I would return for another stay. ???? ? ?????... • Great shower, like a spa with 2 horizontal body sprays in addition to the overhead rain shower. • HUGE bath towels (no robe, no problem) and nice rubber flipper slippers. • Clean, well managed and maintained property. Excellent gracious service. Convenient walk to almost anywhere you want to go. • Attentive staff. I arrived when breakfast was still being served. Since I was checking out at 2:45a the next morning, I was invited to have my free breakfast in advance. • The furnishings are nice, very comfortable bed. • Excellent air conditioning. ???????? ????... • My room was on the street side; it was a bit noisy during the day; however, totally silent at night. • Older property, yet updated with nice features (spa shower) very clean. Staff they are easygoing Location so ugly , crowded, dirty . Hotel room have cockroaches ( pictured) not have hand towel or soap . We ask the receptionist. Breakfast so poor , and not in perfect style ( pictured) bread not fresh the beans so spicy. ( no other choice) egg , beans , shapati . Bed linen and pillows not good smells . The cost for one night too much over with all this things. I am so disappointed about this night in dar es salam

Very comfortable. Nice room with good shower, ac, and comfortable bed! Very clean and quiet. The owners did everything to make my stay perfect. I will definitely use again.
