The staff were very disappointing. The receptionist was unpleasant and difficult to deal with. The restaurant staff rarely smiled, and some of them were talking while there was still food in their mouths, which was very unprofessional. In particular, the young woman who was working in the restaurant on the night I arrived left a very poor impression. It almost felt as though the owner was wealthy enough not to care about service standards, because the staff seemed to behave however they wanted without any accountability. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the staff. They were unhelpful, rude, and did not make me feel welcome at all.

Everything was okay, though the reception ladies should really improve their attitude. And the coordination of online booking i didnt like it. Coordination of the online booking, the lady at the reception is not even aware

The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and clean hotel, good food. The standard room was not comfortable and the bathroom setup could be different to stop water from splashing all over the bathroom. Truly appreciate the hot water.

The restaurant staff were friendly. The room was wet when i checked in, the toilet was smelly and the blanket (duvet) had a stain that was wet and smelly from previous users. When i asked for a clean blanket and bed sheets i was essentially ignored so i slept on a bare mattress. Around 3am there was lots of noise outside by construction workers or some offloading. The hotel security or staff did nothing to negotiate with these people to work quietly in consideration of their quests.
