I didn't like the whole lobby experience it's seems like employees are less accomodating and not so friendly. Seems like the A/c in the lobby is not working its very hot.

On a positive note, the staff were mostly polite and accommodating. The hotel was under renovation when we arrived. The room interiors looked old, including the carpets, toiletries, telephones, and other amenities. However, the comfort was just okay, and the air conditioning was not very cold.

I believe the breakfast buffet and swimming pool area accommodated our needs during our stay. My fiance and I were disappointed with our inability to take a hot shower during our stay. Even allowing the water to run for several minutes no hot water was produced. Perhaps a better or additional boilers for the hotel. Staying at a hotel with your rates should accommodate guests cold and hot shower needs even at peak hours.

I like the view but the windows and curtains are dirty. The reception guy was very unprofessional, unapologetic and doesn’t know what he was doing. Aneed more training on how to at least do basic check ins procedure

The Casino on location was good and the room was completely as expected. No hot water during the stay. If that was fixed the stay would have been ? excellent but without the hot shower the price should have been lowered.

always clean, friendly staff and their breakfast buffet. maybe the location. if u dont have a car then it is quite far from the other establishments. but quite near to SM Lanang.

The location is great The water system is bad. It took 20min for the shower to get warm. The drainage is worst. The water overflows while you are showering . Saw a cockroach in the bathroom
