We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very helpful. The only comment/recommendation is that we rented a 2-bedroom, and the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms (obviously, as the suite was just the 2 rooms). The issue with this is that our friend had to go through our bedroom to access the bathroom. We are good friends, so no big deal, but it could have been quite awkward. As a thought, perhaps an additional door could be added going from the main/first bedroom into the bathroom from the other side. I'm sure there is a reason it is like that, and it did not negatively affect our stay in the least. Highly recommend this historic and important hotel.

The staff is so friendly. Room was clean and up dated. We really enjoy our stays at the Franklin.

Always wanted to stay here during Sturgis and finally got my chance. I am happy that they took their three night minimum stay down to a two night minimum that I was able to take advantage of. Dinner was phenomenal, and the Breakfast, you just have to do it. The breakfast menu is one of a kind. Everything is large and if you want greasy and filling, you got it. If you want healthy with fruit, you got it. Can’t say enough about this place. Hopefully the manager keeps it at a two night minimum during Sturgis. We will be back.

The hotel was lovely! It was recently remodeled, and our room was really nice. The only thing is that there is only one bathroom and one door, which was in one of the bedrooms (we rented a 2-room suite). In short, my friend had to go through our bedroom to use the restroom, which can be awkward. The staff members were absolutely awesome! The front door staff was consistently helpful and friendly.

This hotel is so nice I donated my life’s saving to their tables. All jokes aside it was nice, clean, the staff were wonderful and the breakfast was amazing as well. The casino was phenomenal with live poker and plenty of slots to play.

We enjoyed one night at the Franklin and it was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. The rooms are newly renovated and are so clean and comfortable.
