Absolutely stunning! Beautiful rooms and gorgeous grounds Nothing, it was paradise

Breakfast was delicious with many types of options. Who would've know that fried rice for breakfast is good? Rooms were clean and new. They decorated to celebrate the birthday were were there for. Everything was very good. Know that during low tide, the beach has no water.

The beachfront is amazing! The chairs and umbrellas at the beach are awesome. The lazy river, the staff, the à la carte all you can eat breakfast is a stunner. The staff are all exceptional and the car service… the car has massage chairs and A/C in the seats. The gym has the basics and all you need. Absolutely zero… no notes.

Everything was wonderful at this resort. Extremely great breakfast, friendly staff and a chill vibe! Massage was world class. The restaurant next door at the beach “genius cafe” is a must visit! Healthy bowls and smoothies. The quesadilla there was the best. Repeated Balinese traditional songs at breakfast was a bit annoying. Should mix up the playlist. And the temperature in lazy river was too hot.

The most relaxing and beautiful place to stay. The staff were attentive, humble and went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable and enjoyable. The room was inviting, comfortable and absolutely stunning. Breakfast was very generous and we were glad we upgraded our room to have it included daily. It was the first time we had experienced being able to order anything we wanted from the a la carte breakfast menu as part of the included breakfast. Lunch and dinner in the dining area was also excellent. All the food was fresh, of high quality and the menu included a great selection of dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were very welcoming to catering for our dietary needs. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to relax and unwind, while also having the option of taking long walks nearby. Both pools were wonderful for swimming and relax in. Highly recommend the yoga sessions and the Balinese massage. Everything was exceptional. Any feedback we provided was received with appreciation and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience.

Staff exceptional, but most especially Rini at the spa, she went out of her way to give us a most wonderful experience even giving us an offering experience with traditional clothing and making the entire offering on an off day! The class experience was free, as was the healing bowl sound experience, and many more we were not able to take advantage of due to schedules. The lazy river was our favorite thing, so relaxing, not crowded, mostly only us! And walk out to the beach, wowzer. Room service is excellent also, and the breakfast menu is a set price for anything you want, as much as you want! We only WISH we had ordered the breakfast included, please take advantage of that. Greetings warm and welcoming, facilities excellent, super clean, staff very attentive , a great oasis in a very modern building with wet room bathroom, extra amenities for travelers, lovely stay. Perhaps better markings on pathways, but we found where we were going, it was fine.

The staff were professional and very attentive.

A la carte breakfast (order until you are full) was excellent. Complementary afternoon tea. Staff were friendly. Close to the beach. Easy access into Sanur. The room is of adequate size, the bathroom very good, bed comfortable. The room was quiet. Room and bedding smelt of smoke. The bedding was changed on request which helped. The Air conditioner was not great. Essentially it was impossible to get the room temp under 23 to 24 C. The pool is big but is very shallow and has little shade - unless you sit on your seat under an umbrella. Some cantilever large umbrellas over the pool would be good. The reception area is small, very hot, and would benefit from an air conditioned area for reception and those waiting to leave.

Excellent! A very Special thank you to Mr. Wong, the Head Chef who really took care of us especially my wife who is a Vegetarian. Also the Staff were very nice, very good service, charming always very attentive and ready to help & serve. We were taken care very well! Enjoyed our Holiday. May be a few days more next time.....

Lovely location at one end of Sanur Beach. Food was excellent, especially the ala carte breakfast. Room service was very good also. Fortunately, kids were generally well-behaved. While the infinity pool was lovely, it was often too crowded for my taste, with insufficient lounge chairs as some inconsiderate guests "reserved" these with a towel for the day. Due to the noise, I generally preferred room service for my evening meal. Also, the staff's friendliness, while nice, seemed at times forced. Additional training for restaurant staff is recommended.
