What really highlighted how poor the experience was is that I walked across the parking lot to the Hampton Inn, where Michelle at the front desk was an absolute ray of sunshine. She was kind, helpful, accommodating, and genuinely cared about helping me. She was the perfect example of what hospitality should look like. The contrast between the two hotels could not have been greater. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this AmericInn and would absolutely choose the Hampton Inn instead.

This hotel was a mistake! We had to walk into the lobby and had to find the guy to check us in. He was friendly though. The carpets in the lobby were dirty and unkempt. There was no elevator so we walked up stairs that had not been vacuumed in a while. The room was not very clean and needed lots of repairs. We were just very disappointed.

A filthy dump. We checked in and checked out 5 minutes later. The Oder in the room was horrible. The staff were all out next to the entrance smoking when we pulled up. Sketchy people sitting in there cars doing whatever. The carpet had a slight slick (moist)feel to it even with shoes on. Stay away from this one

1st of all when we checked in, the clerk was not at the counter, was sitting in the dark corner eating, with a friend, was nice, everyone needs to eat. First thing we noticed was the hall needed vacuum and the base board was dirty, entrance windows needed clean. Our room needed vacuum, there was a dead cricket in the bath tub, the floor was wet by the A/C, so our room was musty smelling, and a stick in the window to keep from someone breaking in? Ask for our room to be clean, on the 2nd day,, needed towels and trash dumped, did not get clean. Parking was good, but seemed to be people always in the parking lot in evening. Breakfast was cold.

The pool and staff were nice and the restaurant's staff and food were terrific! TV location for one bed was too far for the size of the TV. Furniture was a little old. Mattress wasn't comfortable.

Staff was shaky and smelt like smoke! Did NOT feel safe! for us or our car in the parking lot! Expedia needs to visit hotels to keep up with their conditions MY rating -100!

I want a refund. This hotel/motel was disgusting. I left and changed hotels right after I arrived.

The pillows, beds and bedding were nice, clean and comfortable. The carpet on the floor by the air conditioner is wet. There is a terrible musty smell that was tried to cover up by too much deodorizing spray. It felt hard to breathe because of all that.

We found out that we had beg bugs immediately after staying in this hotel, we tried to contact the hotel 4 times to speak to management and kept getting told that they would call us, and got no response back. We wanted to notify the proper management so this would not happen to others, but never got a call back.

We stay here once a year. Its quiet and the continental breakfast. The beds are comfortable. If you want a place to sleep it's fine.

Pool and gym equipment is out of service. Room and bathroom are not updated. Cabinets are broken.

Fan in bathroom was squealing so ask the front to have it looked at or move us. We weren’t moved and fan was not looked at for the entire 8 days we were there. Pool was closed for renovation and seemed to have been that way for sometime. Nothing available about it when booking. There was only one washer and dryer and there was a note on it stating washer is not working. A/c did not work well and could not be adjusted below 72. And even when set to 72, the room was in the high 70s the whole thing time. The workout area was a small room with a treadmill, elliptical, and a small multipurpose machine. Multipurpose machine was not maintained and there was a sign on the treadmill that said out of order. The elliptical squealed so bad after 10 minutes I had to stop using because it really hurt my ears. House keeping pretended not to speak English so they didn’t have to clean the room. Crazy how they spoke to me the day before with good English. And the breakfast wasn’t has advertised. There was biscuit and gravy scrambled eggs and sausage every day and that was it for hot stuff. This was by far one of the most disappointing hotels I have stayed in a long time.
