There was no soap on the shower. Come on man.

The outside was dirty and trash was all over. The inside had a musty smell and the carpet was very dirty. We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor and could not get the luggage cart to the room because once you go down the hall you go through a door and there are four stairs to go down. We had to carry all of our luggage and things down the stairs to the room. This was very inconvenient. Also the hot tube was not working. Will never stay again or recommend to anyone.

Great location, very clean and friendly staff

The whirlpool hot tub was broken down. The main front door was broken. The lobby floor had a caution: wet, slippery sign up the entire time. I was sliding around in my cross everything I walked through.

Beautiful atrium. Good food at the restaurant. Rooms clean and comfortable. The elevators were inconvenient.

Dead bugs in room...bugs in pool... restaurant closes at 9 on weekend and bar at 10. Bar only serves semi burnt pizza with no sauce. Hot tub is out of service.

Stayed overnight for literally 6 hours due to catching an early flight. Room was clean.

The pool was in the middle of the hotel. The staff was rude and miscommunicated. They told us we were suppose to have breakfast vouchers which we paid for. They only gave us 3 for a family of 4 when we brought it up the front desk lady argued with us and had an attitude. We had to continue to ask for information about the hotel. We asked if there was a bathroom we could use near the pool the desk clerk the night before told us it was behind the hot tub and the hot tub was closed and the doors for the bathroom were locked and had a closed sign. Overall terrible experience.

This establishment possessed the potential to be a pleasant accommodation; however, my experience was marked by discomfort. My room remained uncleaned, despite being informed that cleaning services required a specific request. Furthermore, clean towels were unavailable even after two separate inquiries. The breakfast, however, was quite satisfactory. My children particularly enjoyed the balcony, which offered a view of the pool. The pool and courtyard areas were well-maintained. Unfortunately, the whirlpool was non-operational. I am confident that with minor upgrades and improved housekeeping services, including consistent provision of clean towels, this hotel could achieve higher guest satisfaction ratings.

It was run down. The front lobby doors didnt work. The back was dirty. Ciggarettes and butts everywhere. Toilet overflowed. Not that clean. Outdated. Things run down
