Staff.

The staff was terrific. The room was not the cleanest. I found 2 bugs! One was alive on the dresser the other was dead in my 'clean' towel. The air only cooled the front room. The humidity in the room was terrible. The property itself was nice. The buffet breakfast was just typical hotel buffet breakfast. Nothing fabulous.

Atrium, breakfast, social hour. Bookins.com quoted $224. Charged $249 at checkout. They advertise HBO but doesn't furnish HBO Movies. Old, antiquated and dated facility such as rooms.

Close to capital It was old even the furniture, carpet, beds everything was old in that hotel the windows were filthy like they haven't been cleaned in years. I was very disappointed especially when I pay that kind of money for a room. I will never stay there again or recommend your hotel!

Happy hour was a pleasant surprise!

We had an excellent experience at the Embassy Suites. The downtown location felt very safe, and the staff provided outstanding service. Additionally, our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. We would stay here again.

Always felt damp, needs a remodel pretty bad and don’t suggest valet.

The room was damp and cold. Air-conditioning unit rattled and water dripped from the ceiling.

Embassy was a flagship hotel at one time. Highly disappointed with the property. Room was dirty. A hole in the wall in our room. Unfortunately, we won’t be back. We will say…breakfast was still good!

The cascading fountain helped muffle the lobby sounds and the glass elevators were super cool. My room was cozy and the bed just right. Will stay again! Oh, and a shout out to the valet parkers. Made checking in a breeze : )

Very walkable neighborhood as well

Room was pretty run down. Very hot-Air didn't work very well. After going to reception to see what they could do to help, they offered a fan, which was appreciated , but was a very uncomfortable night sleep. Rug in room seemed to be coming up in places.

This hotel is always a blast for downtown events. I liked being able to text the front desk for things we might need as well. Staff was easily accessible when needed and helpful and friendly. Was able to change rooms upon checkin to better fit our needs and the front desk worker was never annoyed, very friendly.
