Came when there was no internet for both days. Staff tried to be as helpful as possible but not having WiFi for the price I was paying was really disappointing. I was traveling for work and was depending on getting work in while there.

Everything was clean. The room was comfortable. The only issue I had was the lack of information. There was no map or anything to show you where the exercise room was or the layout of the hotel.You could order room service but you really didn't know should you use an app or should you call there's no information there to direct you or assist you and trying to determine what the valet's number is. Besides that everything else was great.

Love the interior, great gym for a quick workout, yummy breakfast, and super sweet staff. Food service closed at 9:00 pm which I totally understand! I just was bummed to doordash when I got in late and then had a late event. Would have loved even a limited menu like a burger!

Decor and staff Was a little humid so the sheets felt kinda damp.

Beautiful hotel in a very convenient location

I love the ambiance of the hotel. Great staff and the restaurant has really good food! Try the smash burger and avocado toast for breakfast. Nice bar to have a few drinks and mingle and an in-room mini bar and snacks. Oh and it's pet friendly! I would like hotter water in the shower, like lava lol.

Very nice classic hotel downtown.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful, and they were so kind to our dog. We stayed overnight during a road trip and wish we were staying longer. It will definitely be our go to for future stays in the area.

The staff were so kind and helpful. We had our dog and they made recommendations where we could go out to eat with as well as parks.

The stay was really nice. I was a bit disappointed that the website advertised robes in the rooms but there weren’t any. For $200+ for one night I would just expect the rooms to be as they are advertised . Also the lobby had a gassy smell when we check in. All in all the hotel was beautiful, the barista did a wonderful job with our drinks and the pastries were delicious.

Everything! It’s our second stay and we really enjoy the facility, it’s great for our dogs, the staff is wonderful and the restaurant is amazing! The location is in a rough neighborhood and there was an incident right in front of the hotel when we arrived that made us uncomfortable. Also, they don’t have coffee in the room and the coffee station didn’t open until 6am and we needed to get on the road.

This room felt very overpriced for what it was. We had a difficult time with the old fashioned tv system, remote was chewed up from someone’s dog, huge crack in our room mirror, Hotel lobby water was pretty gross too.
