من اجمل الفنادق بجد من ناحية النظافة والتنظيم واللباقة ، حقيقي نضيييف جداا والاستاف كله في منتهي الذوق والاحترام والمعاملة حقيقي فوق الخيال تجربة اديها مليوووون من 10 بجد جمييل جداااا لا يوجد نهائياا بالعكس كل حاجة حبتها جداااا والغرف كاانت رائعة جداااا

Best view of Burj Khalifa and surrounding skyscrapers Although seemingly close to Dubai mall, you must take a taxi to get there.

Great location, spacious rooms The entry and valet being in the back door of the hotel. The parking is tight and difficult to park in. We had a problem with the iron in our room and it affected our clothes when using it. Also the pillows were not comfortable at all.

Its near to Dubai mall We booked a two-bedroom apartment along with one extra room. Unfortunately, when it was time to check out, we experienced a very disappointing service regarding our luggage. We brought our own luggage, but we had to wait for more than half an hour for assistance during checkout. This caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience for our entire family. Another issue was that my relatives’ room key was deactivated at 12:30 PM, even though they were not informed about this in advance. They were unable to return to their room, and this important information should be clearly communicated to guests before checkout. Although I have stayed at this hotel many times before, this experience was extremely disappointing. Sadly, this will be my last stay here, and neither I nor my family will return. There are many better hotels in the area that provide much better service and guest care.

The atmosphere was wonderful, and the restaurant staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They were always helpful and supportive, greeting every guest with a warm smile. I had an amazing breakfast and truly enjoyed my time at the restaurant on the 24th floor. It was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend it. The hotel has both older and newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately, I stayed in one of the older rooms, and the bathroom facilities need more attention. The shower mixer was not working properly and was leaking, which caused the bathroom floor to become completely flooded after taking a shower. The sink was also blocked and needed maintenance and proper cleaning. Overall, the cleanliness was good, but I would recommend that the hotel inspect and maintain the facilities in the older rooms, especially the bathrooms, to ensure that everything is working efficiently before guests check in.
