The location was close to the metro station It wasn’t just the hotel. It was a mix between a hotel apartment and other shops and the first floor is full of shops and discos so basically it was like you are living or sleeping on the street like you can hear everyone passing by talking and screaming, and the music sound was so loud you cannot even sleep and I always felt like someone is listening to us because there was other rooms next to each

Location The facility is very old , smells very unpleasant, old furniture and room is dusty. Toilet water leaks from bath tub to floor and was wet all the time, i changed my room but the one they gave is same and i was informed all the rooms will be similar

The hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and accommodating, always ensuring that guests are comfortable and feel at home. They are flexible and attentive to individual needs. Shoutout to Rashed from Housekeeping for consistently keeping the room spotless and well-maintained! The location is excellent as well, with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and shops nearby. It is within walking distance of the metro station and conveniently close to the airport. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay, and it was well worth the money.

Well-maintained, tidy, and cozy room. First of all, there were no towels placed in the room initially, and after multiple calls, it took an hour to have them delivered—making me wait to take a shower. When they finally arrived, the towels were worn out, stained, and torn on the sides.

The reception team has very poor customer care. The room facilities are very poor. No towels in the room. Too much noise in the rooms coming from the chillers. I was in room 615. Toilet wasn't flashing properly.

Ideal location… unfortunately, the only thing it has going for it. Terrible staff who lie and become confrontational. They gang up to cover colleague mistakes instead of addressing issues (which there were many…)
