There were no USB ports in the room that I could see. The breakfast was just so-so. Not enough options. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Rooms were great. Kids loved the water park, it looked a little dated but was well taken care of. Fun time for the kids and water slides were great too. It was a nice little, fun getaway.

Breakfast was ok but I brought my grandkids here for the waterpark and it didn't even open until 3pm. They should of said something.

We received an email a few days before checking in that the pool would be open from 10-8. I also checked their calendar before even booking the hotel and it also said 10-8. When we checked in we were told 3-8. They do say the can change hours without notice…but still disappointing when you come for the pool. I would still absolutely stay again. The staff was AMAZING and the pool was great when we were able to use it.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast area was spacious, would have been nice if they changed breakfast a little. Everyday was scrabbles eggs, sausage links, and potatoes. Could have thrown in biscuits and gravy one day. The water park was alright, half the water stuff didn't work. Staff was more worried about getting wet, then watching people. Room wasn't advertised correctly, was supposed to be a river view with a pull out couch. Got a city view and no pull out.

The rooms were ok, but there was something in every part that wasn’t working - 1 elevator down, 1 pool area closed, a bunch of games in the arcade didn’t work. Maybe just bad timing? The food in the water park was convenient but really poor quality - if the kids don’t even like the chicken tenders, that’s something!

Nice location

Everything was fine. The Waterpark could use some paint but was a nice get together fun spot for the boys. Rooms are definitely dated but were clean. Had a room with a river view which was nice. Breakfast was ok. Tony Roma's was fine. I would stay again under the same circumstances.

We had a great weekend stay! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The waterpark was a lot of fun and kept everyone entertained, making it a perfect place for families to spend the weekend together. While the waterpark could definitely use a fresh coat of paint and some cosmetic updates, it was clean and served its purpose well. Overall, it’s a great spot to meet up with family and make fun memories together

We had a seventh floor riverside room with an excellent view of the river activity. The breakfast buffet was good, hot and plentiful. The staff (especially Justin) was very pleasant and helpful. We stay at the Grand Harbor every time we visit Dubuque and are never disappointed

Very good
-
Weekend check in staff was not helpful and 3 of them stood around and did nothing. The front desk staff on Monday and Tuesday was very good

My kids enjoyed the waterpark area but there are parts severely warm down and the large hot tub did not work at all. The concessions were hardly open at all while we were there. The coffee in the morning had EXTREMELY expired half and half. So bad it was curdled. No one was willing to help me. They were all too busy chatting with each other.
-
We paid for a waterpark resort experience but received subpar service, restricted hours, and run-down facilities. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this to other families.
-
The security gard was yelling at kids for no reason and following them around for no reason. He was accusing the kids of things other kids were doing.

Would never go back again!!
-
Room ok -- these is unpleasant odor in the corridors/hallway Breakfast - there was no bread.

Horrible place dirty and un capable staff. I was overcharged for not checking in.
