The place is going down hill, wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling, hardly any light in the room, one light did not even work while another flickered, cannot get back into the building from the back door if walking to the riverwalk without having to walk around the building to the front, no benches in the front of the building for people that smoke, building was filthy on the exterior, and for the price for the one night stay was to pricey, staff was nice but at check-in they also had a $50 fee added for some stupid reason, continental breakfast was consisted of liquid eggs, brown and serve sausage, and a few other items, not impressed for the room price stay, stay at you own risk, check out other hotels

The view was amazing. We ended up on the top floor overlooking the Mississippi River without asking. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. I liked that they had pancakes instead of the normal waffles. It would have been a smidge better if the machine was faster but not a big deal. The water park was perfect for the three kids aged 7-9. Max depth was 4ft in one area and way less everywhere else. So they could touch without a problem. They loved it and we spent three days there. Lazy River was small but it did the job for myself. Water Park did not open until 3pm each day and closed at 8pm so that cut down swim time. Would have liked longer hours and the food stand being open weekdays. The kids told me that slide rules changed based on who was working. Sometimes they could go backwards and sometimes they got in trouble for it. The arcade had alot of broken down games. We made the best of it but it was hard to rack up points with minimal games to play. The machine to get prizes was also down so prizes at the desk were limited. We would stay here again, those are just minor details that we know we have to work around for next time. But if you are planning to swim all day, go on a weekend. Price point was a plus. We stayed 3 nights for what would have cost us one day in the dells. This place ended up being a good experience.

Humidity is always a problem in a Waterpark hotel, the bathroom ceiling particularly in our room had seen its better days. Nothing that changed functionality, but it was cosmetically noticeable. Good location, we have stayed here in the past and will stay here again, the kids love it! Breakfast is good too.

This was a fantastic experience. The staff was so accommodating and helpful when my kids had some sensory issues. The rooms were clean and everyone was friendly. The water area is great. There was plenty to do and the slides were super fun for kids of various ages. It’s a large space, but small enough that it was easy to sit, rest, and keep eyes on my kids. We definitely plan to come back. The entire area was beautiful.

Easy location and clean overall. Poor service in the waterpark. Took forever to get service and then took over 10 minutes for person to make one strawberry daiquiri… not acceptable! And then one of the two main waterslides was shut down both days we were there so could only use two of the main waterslides other than the one big one with rafts.

The property was kid friendly and my children loved the crafting area. My room was booked for a suite and it was a regular room. The room was dirty. There were spider webs and lots of little spiders in every corner in the room. The bathroom bath tub had black footprints in it. I just wasn’t pleased with the cleanliness of the room or the type of room for the price in which I paid.

Our fridge didn’t work , only 2 of the slides we’re working the arcade was dirty sticky and the good games were not working ( basketball race cars ) we spent $70 on play cards thinking the prizes would be worth while the prize vending machine was broken so the toys they brought out 100 tickets got 1 mini rubber duck then with little kids sleeping house keeping came in our room and turned the lights on at 8:45 check out wasn’t until 11 !!! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!

Nice location . But reception was cold and matter if fact. Room was ok . Not enough outlet. Sink was clogged( we reported it) No info in rooms . Telephone had no numbers printed to call . Honestly for $220 i felt it was not any better than the Holiday Inn Express What I said above

We were happy with our two night stay, especially the proximity to our riverboat, and the great on-site restaurant. Some of the interior furnishings are looking tired. One thing was a problem, and should be a reminder for us in the future to ask for a handicap equipped room. Our handicap is being elderly. We would like to have higher toilet seats, grab bars in the shower, and lower beds.

The Room and Breakfast were good, no issue. As per Cost, it's not worth driving 5/6 hours specifically to spend time in "Resort"; the water area is very small, not worth the money. Even though it's a very small area, there are only 3 slides at the resort, and only one is working; one is closed from time to time, and one was completely closed during my Saturday stay. Very small lazy river, small pool, small hot water tub.

The front desk staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was also lovely. The overall cleanliness was very satisfactory. Staying right on the river was amazing. We had fun at the waterpark, my daughter loved the white tube slide. I think the waterpark area could use some updating, just a lot of rust all over the place. The rooms could also maybe use a bit of updating, but overall they were comfortable and clean. The complimentary breakfast was pretty basic, but it was complimentary, so I can't really complain.

The resort is ideally located. Short walk to casino, museum and restaurants. The river walk was great Had a good dinner at Tony Roma's and enjoyed the music on the terrace. Swimming pool was closed and there were small kids allowed in the hot tub. Breakfast was so-so....no muffins or rolls? Need two pancake machines....

Room was clean, but dated. Bed was very comfy, bathroom was filled with towels. Shower head was newer and had great water pressure.
