Breakfast was good. Coffee was just ok

David was extremely rude and unprofessional. Our party of 7 adults with 4 rooms ended up morning to a different hotel all together due to mishandling of bookings. His attitude was uncalled for and unacceptable. I will never visit this hotel again and will advise anyone to seek rooms elsewhere. After speaking with manager, Sarah, I do not feel confident that anything will change.

I've stayed here a handful of times now when I come into town for business. It used to be really clean and very nice, but over the past few years its gone downhill a little bit. Its still pretty clean, but needs to be updated and is not as nice as it used to be overall.

Check in time online was 3 then they moved to 4pm. Noise was high from trains and guuedt after midnite

After having spoke to the Assistant Manager regarding the issue with our reservations via a third party(booked double studio; but placed in a single bed studio), she listened to my concerns and was very accommodating. Overall, staff was nice, facility was clean, breakfast was good.

One of the best stays I’ve had for an affordable price. Room was very clean, staff was super friendly, and amenities were great! Pool hours were awesome for a late night swim.

The cooktop in my room had burnt food on each burner, that would not come off. The fry pan was warped and did not sit on the burner correctly. Each pan had food crust from not being cleaned properly. The shower had black mold.

The room was good just had a lot of wear like lots of scuffs on the walls and the biggest thing is the AC didn’t work it would turn on then after a few minutes turn off it was so hot in the room I hardly slept 😢

One feature I appreciated was the kitchen setup, which made it easy to prepare simple meals and save money on dining out. This is especially useful for longer stays. Overall, this property provides good value with clean accommodations, helpful staff, and practical amenities. I would definitely consider staying here again.
