We stay here every year for Dubuquefest. Perfect location and absolutely wonderful owners. Highly recommend to everyone.

A stately old mansion that has been quite well preserved. Comfortable room with period furniture. The Innkeeper was very attentive and served a delicious breakfast.

The building and history are great. The parlor is absolutely lovely. Breakfast was very good and the owner/manager is very nice and charming! The room really was showing its age and needs alot of TLC.

The Inn is beautiful but definitely needs renovation. The owner was great and helped carry our bags to our third floor room. The breakfast was good and had many options. Overall the room was worth what we paid and we had a nice stay!

Great staff, place, and price. Peaceful and quiet!

The dining experience was very nice. The food was nicely presented and delicious. The atmosphere was lovely and the owner went out of his way to accommodate our unusual AM schedule. No problem with weekend parking.

The home was beautiful! Robert the Inn keeper was very nice! And the breakfast was amazing! Very nice selections, the pastries were fresh and so attractive! The interior lighting was a little dark. If you have trouble with your knees, there’s a lot of stairs.

The place does need maintenance. The mattress was very firm and the pillows were flat. The air conditioner had a bit of a mind of its own but it did work. It was a good place to stay for the price.

After we figured out which building was actually the place, checkin was mysterious, but eventually someone came to the front desk. Service was great other than that. It was a surprisingly quiet stay. The breakfast was very good. This was a very beautiful B&B 30 years ago. It needs repairs and updates. We love history and the historical value of this place is very interesting. A bat flying around while we were sleeping/awake was a bit of a surprise and when we told the manager he acted like it was no big deal. Paying over $150 for the room/breakfast was ridiculous.
