Great location. Rooms were a little outdated, could use a refresh. We were there less than 12 hours. Got in late after a busy day and were glad to know we could walk to the adjacent hotel to get a drink. Did not eat breakfast there.
-
Room not available at check in time and front desk staff was rude!
-
Friendly staff, clean rooms, loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash built in

Passable

No free breakfast and the $13 buffet was very mid. No waffles. Liquid scrambled eggs. Boring

Overall a great hotel with a delicious breakfast. Being next to a casino wasn't expected, but added another element to the stay.

I paid for the room via booking.com The hotel also charged me the same rate on my card as well as booking charging my card. I have not gotten any resolution or credit back on my card. One thing I didn't like was that since the last time we stayed there, they eliminated the coin vending machines that used to be located by the ice machines. Although we usually bring bottled soda along with us on our trips here, it's nice to have an alternative, although fairly expensive. Our only other option this time was to go down to the front desk and and pay $3 for a lousy 12 oz. can of soda, or go to either the bar and order a glass of soda, or go to the casino to get a small paper cup of soda, for free (of course), but very inconvenient as you couldn't take it bake to your hotel room.

The staff was amazing! The only thing I didn’t like was the couch and chair so stained I wouldn’t sit on without a towel down. The rest of it very clean just the furniture not.

asked for a room near elevator twice by email since I am handicapped. Got room 230 which is as far away from elevator as you can get !!

Clean and comfortable and convenient to what we were doing. Apparently Hilton and Booking.com don’t communicate very well. At check in, they never did find my name or my reservation. Fortunately I had my emailed confirmation from Booking.com. But I was never really on their list. We couldn’t get WiFi because my last name wasn’t on their system. They told me that they have this issue with a lot of 3rd party sites like Booking.com.

Very welcoming entrance. Updated furnishings and friendly staff waiting to greet me. Option to stay on 1st floor was nice. Was shocked how tall the room ceilings were - all of 14 feet -- overkill! Toilet paper holder in bathroom was in an awkward location. Shower was very tricky to operate as you had to pull really hard up to get it to switch over to shower. The shower head was mounted at over 6 feet up -- also overkill! Back parking lot door wouldn't let us in with our room key but we could exit the building. We were bummed the restaurant was closed (was a sunday) but the one in the casino was open and had a really great experience there.

Breakfast buffet was warm at best. Would not get again for the price.
-
Great location and night's rest Check-in process was very long (more tham 15 minutes with no other people) even though I paid in advance... Evening clerk was slow and talked more than needed about the systems out their control... paid night was made through Booling.
