Our room had a wonderful full view of the hotel roof. That's it. Nothing else. I did not expect that from a Hilton that is located on an island in the Mississippi River.

Availability of food and beverages early and late was very beneficial.

The bathroom was not clean. Staff was rude. Coffee pot in room did not work. There was no water for a Hilton honors member. There was no refrigerator in the room. Its been some time since I'e had such a bad experience at a Hilton hotel.

First time staying at here and was more than pleased with everything

The rooms were clean. Our check in was delayed due to Hilton computer system issues, yet we weren't comped anything for arriving on time at 3pm and unable to be walked up to our room around 8pm. We had to find something to do, and spent more money at the bar than we had planned, once we got to our room, we still hadn't gotten our room key so then had to be walked again to our room until we could get our room keys.

Hotel was beautiful. Very clean. Felt like a high end hotel. The staff was very courteous and friendly. It was next door to the casino, with a walk way connecting the hotel and casino. Had no complaints

The arcade had a mini bowling alley and axe throwing room along with arcade games the kids and adults both had fun restaurant and coffee shops access to pool at adjacent hotel all accessible thru indoor pathways and the Casino you basically don’t have to leave the resort for anything but outdoor activities in nearby Dubuque
